Talk about a great deal, right in OLD TOWN!! This beautiful Condo is fully equipped for either your Summer or Winter getaway, right in the heart of Park City.

The ski lift is two blocks away from the Condo!! Deer Valley Mountain Resort is also just a few minutes away, by car or bus.

There are 2 assigned garage (low clearance) parking spaces for your convenience as well as locked ski racks to store your skis or boards. There are 3 sleeping areas. The Primary bedroom has a queen bed with its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with its own bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and a bunkbed with its own bathroom. There is an additional half bathroom on the main floor. We even have an additional queen electric inflatable mattress that could be set up in any room.

The shuttle also picks up right in front of the building. The kids will love the brand newly installed playground equipment, skate park, basketball, volleyball, football field, jogging trail, special events, all located at The City Park, right outside your front door.

Want some night time fun? The only problem you'll have is choosing from the huge array of live music venues or wonderful restaurants, right on Main Street (which is only a 10 minute walk or two minute bus ride away.

There is also fantastic shopping in Park City or right outside Old Town.

Supplies, such as groceries, health food and liquor are conveniently located around the corner.

With nearly 2000 square feet of living area, this condo feels more like a home, than a vacation rental. Three levels provides a more spacious surrounding and allows for multiple family accommodations with Free WiFi. There are two dining areas and high quality furnishings.

Wonderful place to stay in PC. Easy access to Old Town and mountain village. Both walkable but the bus stop is located at the unit. Also appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of space for 2 families with 3 teenagers.

Great location and beautiful home

The location of this property is great as it is a short walk to downtown, the ski lifts, and the grocery store. We really enjoyed our long weekend stay and the accommodations were perfect.

We completely enjoyed our stay. We had 6 adults and the property was very spacious. The location was perfect for skiing, shopping, and restaurants. We will definitely try to stay there again when we return.

Great property with fantastic amenities and proximity to everything. Stocked kitchen, and great hot tub. Great check out process too - so easy for those early morning flights out of town. Definitely would come back to this property next time we are in Park City.

What a great place. The location near the park is great, easy walk to so many places. We were there for mountain biking and access to a garage was great, would make a great ski stay. I would love to stay here again.

Great Vacation!

Host was very responsive. Location is perfect with the bus stop right out front. The living room windows were amazing especially on snow days. The park across the street was great for entertaining our 2 year old while everyone else skied. Would definitely recommend.

Family get away

We had a great time at this condo. It was perfect for our extended family. With the strike we spent more time at the condo and had a blast. Michael was great answering questions as well. We would definitely come and stay here again!

The location of this property is perfect..It’s in the heart of town and guests have only a short walk to Main Street…. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful and so was the handyman.. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there next year

Great multiple couple or family property. Every bedroom having a bathroom and just all around great layout made for a comfortable stay. Some very thoughtful additions for kids like stepping stools by sinks.The property was walkable to the main base though up a big hill, short bus trip was a nice alternative if desired.

Very nice with a great location!!!

We loved staying here, it was a great location with bus stops right out front to get you to the ski resorts or downtown. Condo had everything thing we needed and was clean and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed playing at the park that is in front of the condo, even with 3 feet of snow on the ground.
