Amazing location in Bldg. #2!!! Ski-in, Ski-out, on Slopes of Park City Mountain Resort AND a Ground Floor Unit!!! Beside the fact that our Snow Flower condo is ski-in, ski-out, what makes it more unique is its beautiful setting; right next to the slopes, but still nestled in the snow covered trees. So it has a secluded feel, but at the same time, it’s in the MIDDLE of almost everything. You can walk to Old Town or take the Park City free shuttle bus - stop is in front of the Snow Flower office. The bus system takes you to Park City, and the vicinity (including Deer Valley & The Canyons). Our unit is adjacent to the base of the Eagle Lift, Three Kings Lift and First Time lift where you can purchase lift tickets. Our ground floor condo is conveniently located just steps to the private heated ski lockers for you to store your ski/snowboard equipment. And the giant Jacuzzi is located just steps from the condo’s private covered patio.
Our condo was fully remodeled May 2011, with custom cabinets, granite counter tops and travertine flooring. We have the highest quality queen sized Murphy Bed enclosed in beautiful custom cabinetry. All the furniture, flat panel TV, fixtures and “youth sized” bunk beds are new. Sleeping Bags, reading lights, and plugs (for electronic games) are included in Bunk area . Our mattresses are new and all three beds have bed bug protective mattress covers. Enjoy underground parking with elevator access. Also included are a fitness center, free High Speed Internet, tennis courts and outdoor BBQ. Park city is amazing year round: in the fall the foliage is magnificent. Spring, Summer and Fall offer numerous opportunities for golf, tennis, hiking, biking, fishing, watersports, outdoor concerts/festivals, white water rafting and much, much more. Summer camps are also available for children.

Mike and I have four boys Garrett & Austin (both 26), Marshall 23 and Kaelan 15. We all enjoy outdoor activities and my boys like to play hard. Therefore , we keep orthopedics and PT’s busy. Our family is originally from Louisiana/Florida, where Garrett & Austin live/work. Marshall is an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard and Kaelan in attending Park City High School. As if four boys aren’t enough, we also have four precious dogs, Gizmo, Szumo, Szake & Szujo. Zitty, our female cat, runs the show. Since we have five pets, we have taken up camping (5th wheel) and really enjoy taking them with us to the beautiful/unique parks in Utah and surrounding areas.

Why Owner chose Park City
We purchased this condo because of its Location #1, Location #2, Location #3, and Location #4. Location #1 is the condo’s ski-in, ski-out convenience. Location #2 is the easy walk to town and easy access to the Park City shuttle bus transportation system. Location #3 is having a ground floor end unit that has a walk out deck. No walking down the hall and then taking stairs or elevator, instead you just exit off the deck to the activities. Location #4 is the complex’s beautiful setting, tucked up next to slopes, but there is still the feeling that you are in the woods.
What makes this Condo unique
It is convenience to step right out to the base of three ski runs and the locker storage is just a few doors down from our condo. We also enjoy the large hot tub, tennis courts, and fitness center. We love the condo’s proximity to Old Town, and just outside the office is the bus system stop, cross country skiing, snow shoeing and biking. In the summer/fall the complex’s scenic location makes such a peaceful, relaxing setting to have a picnic and enjoy the gorgeous summer/fall days.

We were 3 guys visiting from Colorado and this place worked out great! Access to lifts and Main St. are the best features.

We've stayed in multiple condos at Snoflower, in all 4 buildings, and this unit is one of the best. It's small but very functional, updated, comfortable, and the location is key. Be aware that some Snoflower condos require a fair hike / elevators / slog to get to the slopes or pool/hot tub. Not this one. Location is outstanding. The ski locker and slopeside entrance is on the same floor, so ski lifts or pool are steps away, or you can also go out through the patio gate directly to the pool. The workout room (for the whole complex?) is also on the same floor. In case you want to put in 5-10 miles on the treadmill after a day of skiing you know. Which our 23 yo daughter did. Sheesh. She had decided to join us last minute, so the having the bunks available was a big plus. She's 5'6" and fit just fine... but did end up sleeping on the large and comfy couch. (Actually she said the bunks felt like sleeping in an MRI - which I still laugh about - memories from her athlete days I guess). As per other reviews, everything is clean and updated and well equiped and the owner is fantastic. Couple details to be aware of:
The kitchen is good size but there is no dining table, so meals are at the counter which fits 4 comfortably.
The unit looks out on the side of the pool not on the slopes, but there are trees and it's pleasant (and quiet).
Heat is via a gas fireplace and works fine but the tile floors are noticably cold. Bathroom has it's own heater.
This place will save you $$$ - forget about $20 per person for soup and a hot chocolate on the mountain - ski in for lunch - faster, cheaper, tastier, and way more comfortable!
Ditto eating out - so comfy here we only ate out one night. That said, a grill on the patio would be a nice addition!

We had a great time and the location was absolutely perfect being literally 100’ from the ski lift. At the end of the day you ski right to the door step.
