Kamaole Sands is an award-winning condo complex situated just across from one of the best beaches on Maui. Kamaole Sands III beach, is recognised as one of the best beaches in Maui. Boogie board, surf, snorkle straight off the beach. We have seen turles, Manta rays and masses of fish, just a few feet off the shore from Kamaole Sands resort.
The condo in Kamaole Sands is refurbished to a high standard, creating a relaxing environment which will be your "home away from home" during your stay on Maui. The condo is equipped with everything you could need for your stay. With stunning full ocean views from both the sitting room and Lanai, this huge 1,188 square foot condo, offers superb accomodation comprising of two bedroom and two bathrooms, perfect for both families or up to three couples sharing.
The condo is split over two floors with a magnificant oak spiral staircase and decorated "Island Style" with tiled floors through out the living accomodation, there are some beautiful original Hawaiian oil paintings and island style bed coverings to set the mood. The condo is on the fourth floor catching both the trade winds and the best views. We have open cathedral ceilings, the second floor of the condo is approached by a stunning oak spiral staircase.
The two bedrooms each have a king size beds. There is an additional double sofa bed in the living area, which sleeps two and two small Hawaiian fold up beds for additional guests, we also supply a Pack and Play crib and booster seat for infants or toddlers.
The apartment also has full private laundry facilities. We have supplied everything you need for the beach including oversized fluffy beach towels and beach bag, cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkle gear plus a supply of beach mats.
Relax on the large lanai (it has lovely full ocean views) with a cocktail or beer, there is a generous sized table which can easily seat six so you can enjoy meals alfresco. Watch the whales (in season) or just enjoy the the views of neighbouring island Lanai and West Maui mountains or the stunning sunset over the ocean.
We even supply a huge range of Maui history and guide books, a selection of CD's to enable you to make the most of your stay. There is a new 37 inch LCD TV DVD, VCR and ipod docking station in the sitting rooom and also a TV in each bedroom.
The kitchen in the condo was remoddelled recently with custom built units and granit countertops. Everything you need for a home away from home feeling is supplied in the over stocked kitchen.

Why the Owner Chose Kamaole Sands
We fell in love with the island of Maui over twenty years ago when we visited and stayed for six weeks with friends. Over the next few years we visited Maui, Hawaii Big Island and Kauai. Maui was our favorite island by far. In 2000 we stayed in Maui for three months and we knew we wanted to buy a small piece of this paradise island. In 2002 we brought our condo in Kamaole Sands, it was the just perfect place for us. Large and comfortable with an amazing ocean view, we could not believe it was ours. Kamaole Sands is just over the road from one of the best beaches in Maui whre the sunsets are spectacular.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The view from our condo is stunning, you can actually sit on the sofa and see the ocean, when we were there this April we saw a whale breach while sitting on the lanai, amazing. The the view from the second bedroom is the majestic 10,000 feet high Haleakala volcanoe. Our condo is really well equipped as a "home away from home" It was recently classified as an "A" grade condo meaning it is one of the best equipped condos in Kamaole Sands.
Our condo looks out over the beautiful sparkling ocean it is just a three minute walk to the amazing Kamaole Three beachpark. One of the best beaches on Maui

My husband Nigel and I live in a small village in the UK on a hobby farm with our two children Corbin aged twelve and Cara aged five, two springer spaniels, two cats and our four naughty peacocks. We love Maui and love our condo! Every year we visit and spend our vacation on Maui investing in the condo, enjoying the view and the fabulous facilities.

We found the condo to be very well stocked and appreciated all of your personal touches. The fish mobile in the upstairs bedroom was awesome and being able to have breakfast each morning in the condo was great. The lanai was relaxing and we enjoyed the ocean view as well as the mountains. Our niece's wedding was beautiful and the whole family swam in the ocean together just across from the Kamole Sands. It was such a great location. Thanks for the use of your condo. We hope to go back to Hawaii soon. Aloha!

We had a great time in Maui! We had decided to spend one week of our holiday on Oahu and the other on Maui but we all could not wait to get back to Maui. It was really nice coming back to your condo. We felt fortunate to be the first guests after your stay so of course everything was perfect. You did a really nice job on the upgrades - love the new kitchen. Everything was well stocked. We really enjoyed the new beach chairs and all of the other beach supplies. We look forward to our next visit to Maui and stay #3 in your condo.

Our stay in your home was perfect. You have it fully equipped. There was not a thing except our groceries and toiletries that we had to purchase. Of course we left the laundry soap, dish soap type of stuff. Your condo felt like we were in a home as you have your personal things throughout. That is a wonderful touch. I did not write in a book as it was completely full.

Aloha Sussanne, We just arrived home on Monday we had an excellent time. We Loved the condo and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. You were right about not needing the air cond on With the wonderful trade winds and fans we never had to turn it on after the first day. The supplies in the house were well appreciated and used. The condo was clean when we got there and we tried to leave it the same. It was really nice to have so many dishes and kitchen gadgets, all of the things you take for granted at home. The tones of towels came in handy also. We really appreciated the spice rack and not having to buy spices that you would never use up. Also the coffee filters and ice packs/cooler. I will definitely recommend your condo to friends and family. We enjoyed the info books and picture books also. Thanks again and keep up the good work. Hope to use your condo again some day.

Well our week here is nearly finished, it was a pleasure staying in your home. The location was all you said it would be! It was perfect for my 80+ year young parents.
