Why the Owner Chose Brigantine
This is our third year renting this property and we hope you have a great time. There is new carpet, furniture and most everything in the house is like new. This is a 1950 vintage home that was owned most recently by a family who lived here all year around. A few things about the house, property and island are below.
First the house, it has 4 full time bedrooms and a play room with TV, DVD and VCR where the sofa pulls out into a queen. The house has a bathroom up front, one in the back on the first floor and one upstairs with two bedrooms. The designated master bedroom is located first floor back right. The back left has two single beds, a crib and rocking chair making the entire back of the house a good candidate for a young family. The upstairs is suitable for another family with two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. In the middle is a full bath. Don’t forget there is an outside shower in the back with a raised floor to keep the sand away from your feet.
It is close to Atlantic City and easy drive from Philadelphia - right down the AC expressway. Once off the highway, the house is just a couple of miles away. You go right by Trump Marina and the Borgota.
The Unique Benefits at this House
There is a 24 hour bar just 3 blocks away. A great low key breakfast place right on the ocean and three blocks away. The ocean is 6 houses away. Very nice, not crowded.

Hello, we are a young family of 4 with two boys - one 4 and one 6 years of age. The property is a walled corner lot where we can play ball and other activities without worrying about the street. We enjoy walking down to the beach and around the local blocks during the summer. The kids are learning to ride bikes without training wheels. Oh yeah, there is the family picture.

We used the property for a weekend getaway and it worked out perfect. It was a nice property at a great location adjacent to beach and also close to a bar which alleviated any need to drive. I would definitely consider going back.

A great beach house with comfortable surroundings lots of room! Nice big screen TV in the family room. The location could not be better. 1 block to the beach! This end of town is quiet and there is ample street parking and roads great for a bike ride. I think it was the first time I went home from the shore feeling refreshed!

Everyone in my party of 10 really enjoyed this house as it's very comfortable with plenty of beds, a quick one-block walk to the beach, plenty of yard space to hang out outside, and, overall, well-kept. Three full bathrooms, a nice large flat screen TV, and an ipod dock were also nice features. Lastly, the landlord allowed us to rent from Friday to Sunday which worked out perfectly for our group. We plan on renting this house again if we go back to Brigantine next summer. Thanks!

I rented this house in Brigantine over the 4th of July period for almost a week to get together with my whole family. We were 12, from 2yr old to 75yrs old. All and each one of us appreciated and enjoyed everything: the house, the amenities included in it, the position of the place, the brief distance from a perfect beach, the ocean, the city, the shopping, the restaurants...the peace around. I don't say "excellent" only because the house doesn't have a view of the sea, but we knew this and nothing disappointed us.

This rental was a perfect fit for my group -- 10 mid-30's guys getting together from New York and DC for a weekend of fishing and golf. There was enough space for us all to sleep comfortably; it is 5 minute drive from a golf course and less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. Both are beautiful. The dining table was large enough for us all to gather around, and the flat screen TV and iPod sound system (and DVDs) provided all the downtime entertainment we needed between activities. Easy to get into AC for the evening, and the porch and nearby bar provided a good option for one night of sticking around and being low key. The flexibility to rent for less than a week, and start the rental on a Fri afternoon, provided an essential fit that is very difficult to come by.

What a wonderful time; The house was just superb, a lot of space and it felt everything you would need had already been thought off. TVs in almost every room, cable with on-demand, kitchen fit for most chefs in the world and a stone throw from the beach. I actually became one with the ocean and my entire family loved it. Thinking of making it a yearly family event.

If you are going to AC and are looking for the best most relaxed setting possible this is the spot. I have stayed here 2 times and have never had a better customer service experience. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in AC. The cost of a hotel is the same as this house and everyone gets a bed, a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and the comfort of lounging on a couch with a flat panel in front of you.
