This beautiful, 4000 square foot vacation home in Lower Deer Valley is conveniently located just a half of a mile from Deer Valley's Main Lifts (Snow Park) and one and a half miles from Park City (Main St town lift) and a short walk to the free shuttle. It offers five very well furnished bedrooms (two bedrooms with king beds, two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with two pair of bunk beds) and four and a half bathrooms The home will easily accommodate 12 people.
There is an over-sized two-car garage. On the lower level there is a "mud room" with boot and glove dryers for 12 pairs of boots and gloves. Guests will enjoy the panoramic mountain views of Deer Valley and Park City from this upscale private home. Amenities include a private hot tub, indoor sauna, 12 foot shuffle board table, as well as six LCD flatplane TV's with DVD players and a PlayStation II. With high speed wireless internet and a printer, the home is perfect for corporate retreats.
This private home is fully furnished. Families will enjoy the High Definition TV's with DVD's as well as the shuffle board table, a game table (chess, cards or roullette) and a Sony Playstation II. There are numerous games, puzzles, books and other amenities to entertain all ages. Relax at the end of the day in the private outdoor hot tub, or enjoy the indoor dry sauna. Get cozy on the leather couches in the living room with an automatic starting fireplace.
The large master bedroom has a fireplace and a separate seating area with views of both ski mountains. The master bathroom includes an oversized Jacuzzi tub. From the bath room is a large walk-in closet with a make up vanity. The house is equipped with a full time central humidifier for added comfort.
There is a second master bedroom that also has a king size bed, make up vanity and a jetted Jacuzzi tub in the bath. This home is located in Nordic Village which is small group of exclusive private homes.
