This beautiful, 4000 square foot vacation home in Lower Deer Valley is conveniently located just a quarter mile from Deer Valley's Main Lifts (Snow Park) and one and a half miles from Park City (Main St town lift). There is a free shuttle service to Deer Valley and a short walk to the free city bus that goes to Main Street, The Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons. It offers five very well furnished bedrooms (two bedrooms with king beds, two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with two pair of bunk beds). There are three full and two half bathrooms. The home will easily accommodate 12 people.
There is an over-sized two-car garage. On the lower level there is a 'mud room' with dryers for 12 pairs of boots and gloves. Guests will enjoy the panoramic mountain views of Deer Valley and Park City from this upscale private home. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna and two Jacuzzi bath tubs. With high speed wireless internet and a printer, the home is perfect for corporate retreats.
This private home is fully furnished. Families will enjoy the High Definition TV's with DVD's as well as the shuffle board table, foosball table, game table (chess, cards or roullette) and a Sony Playstation II. There are numerous games, puzzles, books and other amenities to entertain all ages. Relax at the end of the day in the private outdoor hot tub, or enjoy the indoor dry sauna. Get cozy on the leather couches in the living room that also has an automatic starting fireplace.
The large master bedroom has a fireplace and a separate seating area with views of both ski mountains. The master bathroom includes an oversized Jacuzzi tub. From the bathroom is a large walk-in closet with a make up vanity. The house is equipped with a full time central humidifier for added comfort.
There is a second master bedroom that also has a king size bed, make up vanity and a jetted Jacuzzi tub. This home is located in Nordic Village which is small group of exclusive private homes.

Great vacation and the snow was fantastic! We were very happy with the house. We especially loved gathering around the large dining table at night for dinner and games.... There is quiet a game collection! The house is very well equipped with absolutely everything we needed. The owner certainly pays attention to details, providing many little extras that make for a comfortable vacation. The house is very clean and well maintained. A fun time was has by all, and the house definitely exceeded our expectations. The master bedroom with sitting area is huge with an amazing master bath. All of the bedrooms are good size, ample closet space and very well furnished. We did not have a car, but the Deer Valley shuttle picked up and dropped off at our front door. The bus stop going to Park City is about 1/4 mile from the house. We greatly appreciate all of the owners assistance and information. It was most helpful to have the appliance directions available, and phone numbers for taxi's. We highly recommend this property and certainly look forward to renting again in the future!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
