Architect designed executive beach house with all amenities. Nantucket style shingled beach house with separate guest cottage. Only 50 feet to the beach, down a gently sloped access. All west facing rooms, upstairs and downstairs, have fantastic beach and ocean views. Miles of beach for walking extend north and south of house. Walking distance to Chinook Winds Casino, restaurants and conference center, Starbucks.
Creek flows through property and there are two artist designed and built bridges over the creek. Many coast contorted pines on the property.
Gourmet kitchen is professionally equipped with every imaginable kitchen accoutrement and has a generously stocked pantry. Appliances include a Starbucks espresso machine, coffee maker, cuisinart, blender, industrial strength mixer, and Henckel cutlery. Viking professional grade gas stove with two ovens, grill. SubZero side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice dispenser. Five gallon filtered spring water dispenser.
Distinctive table settings. Dining hall conference table seats 12-14.
Entertainment center in living room with surround sound, DVD and CD player, stereo, large CD and DVD collection, game console and collection of video games.
House is equipped for business with fax/copier, printer voice/data lines in most rooms, and wireless high speed internet. Ocean view office upstairs has fax machine, printer, desk, office accoutrements, and telescope and is a perfect place for work away from home.

The Watavue house along with our house next door (Wecoma Creekside VRBO #123136) sit on 6 lots, so there is a large, secluded, fenced back yard. Because of its size and number it sleeps, this is a popular place for family reunions, which often rent both houses.

I stayed at this beach house...Watavue. It was during the summer and I slept in the upstairs front bedroom that overlooks the ocean and beach. I slept with the window open and the sound and fragrance of the sea put me to sleep and I had the best sleep in a very long time. Part of the bliss was probably the bed. It was was very comfortable and the bed linens were very fine quality. I'm not used to sleeping in such luxury. Oh it was bliss!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
