  My family and i stayed here for a week and it was great. Very spacious nicely decorated house with plenty of room. After the end of a long day it was nice to come back to the house and relax in the pool. Great owner, fair prices, and great location. Thanks for making this possible!

  We really enjoyed staying at this house for spring break! It's in a convenient location to Disney and Universal and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The listing description and pictures were true and accurate. The house was spacious and well-equipped for all our needs. The kids loved the pool, game room, game system and DVD's. There was also a basketball that we took to the neighborhood courts. The house was really clean and it was a quiet escape from the crowds at the parks. We loved being able to take our dog with us on vacation. The owner was friendly and helpful in answering all our questions. Overall it was a great experience!

  About the reviewer & guests: --Family of 7, No Children --Don't travel far too often --First-Time Vacation-home Renters Location Rating: 5/5 The location was pretty much perfect! The longest drive was, if I remember, 15 minutes from the farthest Disney park. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet, almost too quiet from what I'm used to, lol! It is most recommended that you have a rental car for transportation. Freeway access was very easy and never experienced any side-street traffic. Freeway traffic was almost nonexistent; however, I'm used to the traffic in the San Francisco Bay Area. Food and convenience stores were a really short drive away with the bigger stuff (ex Super Target) were just a few miles out. Overall House Rating: 5/5 ---Cleanliness: 5/5 ---Ease of Use: 5/5 ---Comfort (Beds): 5/5 ---Comfort (Indoor Climate): 5/5 ---Bathrooms (Shower): 4/5 ---Entertainment (Activities): 5/5 ---Electronics (TV/Wi-fi): 4.5/5 The house was large and very clean! It has plenty of room for more than 7 people, up to 9 adults assuming 3 pairs were sharing the larger beds. The living room sofa was not a pull out bed, if I remember correctly. At least two bedrooms (master rooms) had ceiling fans; can't remember the other two rooms. Each room has its own TV with a flat panel in the living room. The other TVs were the old tubes, but that's okay--didn't watch much anyway! Also, I believe each TV was cable-connected. There was open Wi-fi in the house. I would have preferred that the network was not an open network and at least password protected for security. The bathrooms were nice and large. The showers were a bit lacking in pressure but was tolerable--I think a different showerhead might be a solution. (Note: I am a water pressure snob when it comes to showers--most probably aren't like me.) The water itself was not soft water (thank goodness), I can't stand soft water! I really liked the washer and dryer--high capacity! We were so busy that we never got a chance to use the pool though I am sure it would've been fun. Overall, the house was great and would definitely stay here again! Allergy sufferers will be joyous that the floors are all tile! Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, glassware, and utensils. NOTE: It's probably best to get a supply of the following prior to arrival: Paper Towel, Tissue, Laundry Detergent, Food/Beverages, Hand Soap, and the standard travel toiletries.

  We had a great time in Florida and the house rental was more than we had hoped for. The only request made by almost all in our party was that the beds could be more comfortable. Outside of that this was a great place to stay and enjoy our family. Our six grandkids couldn't wait to get back to the house in the early evening so they could enjoy the pool. I must say having it heated was an added expense, but well worth it for all. I would recommend this house to any of our friends who wanted a convent place to stay especially with a large group. We hope we can travel again to Florida and enjoy this rental again and again.

  My family and I enjoyed staying here very much. The house was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were close to shopping and restaurants and only about 10 minutes from Disney and about 20 minutes from Universal Studios. The pool was clean and relaxing. I would stay here again. The only problem I had was with the push button door lock, which the owner said he would have fixed. Other than that, the house was great.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  We have stayed at this home for a three month period each of the past three years. While here we’ve been able to visit and see the inside of many of the four bedroom three-bath homes in the area. There are three things that separate this home from the majority of the homes in the Disney area. The first is all the floors are ceramic tile. This may not seem that important until you find that almost all the other homes are mainly carpeted. Every rental home we’ve seen with carpet looks really dirty and unsanitary. We spoke with a number of families that were really disgusted with how dirty the carpets were in the homes they rented. The second would be the position of the pool in relationship to the home. The pool in this home is on the west side. The pools that are on the west or south side of the home are in the sun light a high percent of the day. The homes with pools on the north or east side of the home are in the shade most of the day. This means that half the homes don’t have a sunny pool area. Additionally, this home has solar heat. The last point is the interior of the home. The other homes that we’ve seen are very drab. This home is decorated in a very cheery and comfortable way. Everyone that has visited us has the same reaction.

  We had a great time house was clean, pool was wonderful and the best part is getting to bring my dog Chloe with us to her first trip to Disney. This was our 4 th trip to Disney and our friends 1 st trip. We hope to come back in a couple of years and we will be looking to stay at this house again. The kids really enjoyed the pool.The only bad thing is that the neighbors next to us had a big party Friday and Saturday night until 4 in the morning but we did not let it ruin our trip.Thanks again for letting us rent this house and we will keep it in mind for our next Disney trip!

  This home fit our needs perfectly. We were able to bring our two dogs with us. The house was clean, well kept and well stocked. The pool was SO awesome to have. We came home to rest every afternoon and used the pool to relax and cool off. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice place to stay off site, enjoying Disney while having your own place to go "home" to.

  Our family (6 adults and 1 child) stayed in this home last week. We had a wonderful stay and found this home to be very inviting and comfortable. We all looked forward to coming back to relax, nap and use the pool. We will definately stay here again when in the area.

  We just returned from a week at disney and this home made our trip perfect. We had 6 adults and one child and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed the pool. The location was very convenient and we all managed to take breaks and come back to "our home" for naps. We will definately stay here again when in the area.
