From the time you set foot on the red crab at the front door, until you close your eyes in one of the beach and nautical themed rooms, you will have fun in this lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. The beach theme is extended out to the screened pool and lovely lanai.
The decor is bright, cheery and fun, yet soothing after a long day at the parks. Your-home-away-from-home is very well stocked with linens, and kitchen utensils. The Indian Creek villa is located just five minutes from Disney, and within 15 minutes of Universal, Sea World and other Orlando area attractions. a small game table is located in the garage. A putting green is within walking distance, as is a fenced kiddie play ground to provide a great outlet for the little ones while Mom or Dad sit and watch. Two great walking/biking trails wind around ponds with birds and other wildlife. While visit in February, we saw Sand Hill Cranes, an Otter, ducks and many other birds near the ponds.
This villa is so conveniently located. Restaurants and a grocery store are within two minutes. A stroller is provided in the home, and many visitors even walk to the small shopping center! It is just nine miles to the Magic Kingdom parking lot!!
In the Mickey room kids can watch TV and then fall asleep with Mickey looking on. Two masters make this house a great place for two families to share. In the fully equipped kitchen all the equipment is provided to whip up a quickie meal or prepare a more elaborate fare for the dining room.
The chairs and chaise loungers on the lanai offer comfortable seating while you watch the beautiful sunsets or enjoy the pool. The BBQ and unbreakable dishes and glasses from the kitchen provide the setting for a feast.

Why the Owner Chose Indian Creek
We have owned short term rentals for more than 16 years. The Disney World area seemed like a fun place to move our investment. This house is set slightly apart from the houses next to it, it has a soutwest facing pool and beautiful sunsets.
The Unique Benefits at this House
In the winter, the sun comes streaming through the patio windows. When evening comes, the sunset is the perfect end to a perfect day. The wildlife in this area is great. We have seen otter, sand hill cranes (even in our front yard!) ducks,and fish just to name a few. The common grounds provide great places to take little ones for play time and the tennis court and basket ball court provide fun for the teens.

We have stayed at this home for a three month period each of the past three years. While here we’ve been able to visit and see the inside of many of the four bedroom three-bath homes in the area. There are three things that separate this home from the majority of the homes in the Disney area. The first is all the floors are ceramic tile. This may not seem that important until you find that almost all the other homes are mainly carpeted. Every rental home we’ve seen with carpet looks really dirty and unsanitary. We spoke with a number of families that were really disgusted with how dirty the carpets were in the homes they rented. The second would be the position of the pool in relationship to the home. The pool in this home is on the west side. The pools that are on the west or south side of the home are in the sun light a high percent of the day. The homes with pools on the north or east side of the home are in the shade most of the day. This means that half the homes don’t have a sunny pool area. Additionally, this home has solar heat. The last point is the interior of the home. The other homes that we’ve seen are very drab. This home is decorated in a very cheery and comfortable way. Everyone that has visited us has the same reaction.

My husband and I rented your home at the last minute so that we could be in the area for the birth of our very first grandchild. The home was inviting, warm and very well maintained. Our 3 doggies also felt welcomed and loved it there. Jo Ann, one of the owners, was a sweetheart and I can't thank her enough for allowing us to check-in early because we were so anxious to visit our daughter and grand-daughter.

We had a great time house was clean, pool was wonderful and the best part is getting to bring my dog Chloe with us to her first trip to Disney. This was our 4 th trip to Disney and our friends 1 st trip. We hope to come back in a couple of years and we will be looking to stay at this house again. The kids really enjoyed the pool.The only bad thing is that the neighbors next to us had a big party Friday and Saturday night until 4 in the morning but we did not let it ruin our trip.Thanks again for letting us rent this house and we will keep it in mind for our next Disney trip!

This home fit our needs perfectly. We were able to bring our two dogs with us. The house was clean, well kept and well stocked. The pool was SO awesome to have. We came home to rest every afternoon and used the pool to relax and cool off. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice place to stay off site, enjoying Disney while having your own place to go "home" to.

Our family (6 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs) enjoyed everything this home had to offer. It was clean, spacious, many amenities, and a responsive maintenance person. We could tell everything was done to make our stay as pleasant as possible, and it was! We were close enough to come home from disney daily and nap and/or jump in the pool. We will definately be back when visiting disney and will tell our friends that this is the place to stay.

We just returned from a week at disney and this home made our trip perfect. We had 6 adults and one child and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed the pool. The location was very convenient and we all managed to take breaks and come back to "our home" for naps. We will definately stay here again when in the area.

The Roaring Creek/Fun Beach house was the perfect vacation home for our recent Orlando vacation. The home's location made it readily accessible to all the major theme parks-- 10 minutes to Disney, 20 to Universal. The home was clean and well stocked with dishes, cups and silverware. The house came with wireless internet, so those on-line junkies won't miss a beat. The owners were very easy to work with, and we'll consider this house again for future trips. The best part of this rental was the value. We got a fully funtional 1800 square foot home for less than what it would cost per night to stay on Disney. This is a God send for any family with small children. The only drawback to this property is that the State of Florida recently built a new 4-lane highway right in the backyard. It didn't bother me, but some might not care for the occassional traffic noise. Finally, we've rented houses and condos in the past. Here's some advice. Bring plenty of tolietries-- toliet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent and trash bags. While these rental homes provide some items, they won't last for an extended stay. It is up to you to provide these supplies. Renting vacation homes is the best kept secret for trips to Orlando-- especially for those with families. I highly encourage people to explore this option and this house in particular.
