In the past eight years, our rating hasn't dipped lower than third. We would like to thank you for being our guest and for your part in receiving this honor once again.
Located minutes from the base of Deer Valley and the Snow Park Lodge, this large custom home in the Solamere community offers tremendous convenience. Skiing is 1 mile from Serenity and Old Town Park City with dining, shopping, and entertainment is just 2 miles away. The Park City free transit system whisks you anywhere in the area from 7:30AM through 10:30PM on a 15 minute frequency.
Well appointed and spacious describe our 5+ bedroom, 5 ½ bath home, which we call Serenity. With 6000 square feet of calm, comfortable living, and stunning views of the Deer Valley and Park City mountains, you’ll be in the lap of luxury. The terrace, with manicured gardens and an 8 person hot tub, is a peaceful, relaxing getaway wrapped in aspens and pines.
The lodging is designed with your comfort in mind. With luxurious cotton sheets and your choice of down or hypo-allergenic pillows with down comforters, the sleeping arrangements are intended to please even the most discriminating guest. The upper level master suite is as large as an apartment. With a king bed, lounge area, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, walk in closet and a private deck, you have over one thousand square feet of personal space.
The second master bedroom on the main level also has a king bed with sitting area and a full bath. Two additional spacious guest rooms are equipped with queen beds and sitting areas. Kids and adults can all enjoy the bunkroom getaway on the terrace level outfitted with two twin over full bed bunks plus pull out trundle beds, a full bathroom and a large play area with tv/dvd/vcr and Game Boy player. The Den/office/library on the main level has a sleeper sofa for those occasional surprise guests.
Whether you want to enjoy mountain views, a roaring fire, or your favorite DVD, Serenity has it all. This home’s rooms are generously proportioned so everyone can spread out. There are two comfortable living rooms with fireplaces in each, and a separate office/library/sitting room. Several sitting areas with 7 televisions, two decks, and a large terrace, allows everyone to find a place to relax and visit with friends and family.
These days we all live and entertain in our kitchens so you’ll appreciate the open floor plan on the main level of Serenity. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with a stainless KitchenAid refrigerator, All Clad cookware and Riedel glassware to enhance any dining experience. We enjoy sharing meals with our friends and think you will too! There is a bar with a small wine refrigerator for your entertaining convenience.
The custom 10 foot family dining table and high back chairs comfortably seats 12 people. (2 extra chairs can be pulled up to seat 14!) If that’s not enough, there is kitchen countertop seating for 3 and convenient window seats adjoining the dining area.
For those of you who can’t leave the office behind, we have wireless internet service and a multifunction laser/fax/printer. Your business associates will be green with envy when you describe the view and your morning ski runs as you return the day’s emails...

This home is absolutely perfect for a large group looking for both convenience and comfort while skiing in Park City. Our group plans an annual ski trip to various different locations each and every year, well, that is...until we found Serenity! We absolutely fell in love with Park City and much of that has to do with this home. We have come the past two years to stay here and ski and hope to make this year the third year in a row. The house is spacious; we have a large group and there is plenty of room to spread out, have privacy when you want it, but also to all come together at dinner time with a seat for everyone at the same table. It is very close to all three ski resorts and right on the shuttle line; you absolutely cannot beat the location. The house is clean, with a fully stocked kitchen great for cooking in. And who can say no to the wonderful outdoor hot tub after a long day of skiing, steps away from the back door. We have loved calling Serenity home when staying in Park City, thanks for all the memories! :)

Jan 26, 2008 Stayed for a week. Location - Fantastic(esp for skiing Deer Valley) ... Great layout for a large gathering with 5 separate sleeping areas and 3 large gathering areas. Two car garage was handy because we had 5 cars(which fit fine for off street parking.) Decorations and fittings of house were very upscale and clean & orderly. Lots of kitchen stuff for all your cooking needs. Wifi worked great with our own computers on all levels of the house. Thanks We had a great time!! Steve

Just returned from Park City and enjoyed this property with our family. Would recommend it for family gatherings. Was great layout with three levels so everyone had their own space. Plenty of bathrooms and closets. Three living areas, Has a big courtyard for entertaining with great play area for the kids in snow. Great Place! Hope to return.
