  • charming cottage

"we had a wonderful time at cades bay. the cottage was so unique, so charming, and a perfect getaway for us since we were looking for relaxing time away from lots of tourists. the proximity to the beach was accurate. the water was warm and clear - great for snorkeling. karoll & nick were absolutely fabulous at helping acclimate us to our surroundings and even picked us up from the airport when we arrived. we explored many of the beaches of antigua and even barbuda. i would absolutely stay with them again. thank you karoll and nick!"

  • Great Location, Great Home

"Really enjoyed our stay at your home in Jolly Harbour. Upon our arrival we noted that it was clean and tidy. The home had all the necessities that we required. Wonderful view of the hills and the marina from the master bedroom. The Housekeeper was very pleasant and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Great place to stay, will definately be staying here again on our next trip to Antigua. Would recommend a rental car or golf cart rental."

  • Such a great place!

"This is such a perfect place to stay. The condo is very convenient to everything and just high enough to afford a magnificent view. It is one of four in a small building so there isn't any/alot of noise from your neighbors. It is just minutes away from everything and unless you want to venture to other parts of the island, there is no need to rent a car. One thing we wished we'd figured out earlier in the trip was that you can join the Yacht Club across the street ($65) for a week and have unlimited use of the lasers - so be advised if you like to sail. The wind's always up! The condo is spotless, bright and airy and equipped just as advertised. The owner is highly attentive to your needs, communicates promptly and is a joy to deal with. The same can be said for the two people who will assist if you have any needs in Falmouth. We rented a car and took one day to sightsee the rest of the island. Unless you're into staying in an isolated resort, Falmouth and English harbor are the places to be. Lots to do, two fantastic beaches, and great, great restaurants. You won't be disappointed."

  • Best vacation ever!

"There was nothing upscale about the place but it was PERFECT! The apartment was very clean, cozy and complete in basic amenities. The décor is neutral and the architecture quite impressive with wooden jalousies, large veranda, Romeo and Juliet porch in the bedrooms and vaulted ceilings. What makes the place make you want to return (and there are very few places that make you want to do that) is twofold – 1) amazing staff (especially Angela and Jerry) and b) unbelievable ocean views from the apartment. The beach is so private and peaceful – no tourists except for the occasional restaurant guests at nearby Bussola's (expensive Italian Restaurant). From the apartment one hears the endless sound of gently crashing waves and birds day and night - and sometimes laughter from happy restaurant guests. The blue green waters are so beautiful for swimming as if it is energized with healing powers. I was sooo happy there and totally renewed upon my return to New York. Thank you Brian and staff."
