"This home is conveniently located a short walk to the beach and pool but not so close as to be noisy. Check-in was easy, and home was spotless upon arrival. Beautifully decorated with everything you need. Love the balconies for morning coffee!"Guest: Runner Date of Stay: September 2012 Review Submitted: September 14, 2012View listing
"Beautiful open and sunny house. Not too large of a house that the children got lost, but big enough that everyone in our party, 5 adults, 3 children and a baby, had enough space. The open kitchen/dining room/living room, with it's large windows and two story height really made the space. The kitchen was perfect for someone whose hobby is cooking. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. There were some extra linens and the pull out couch was good for my college age niece. The porch looked out at a beautiful marsh but it wasn't covered and we couldn't use it in the evening when the sun blazed on it without any relief. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully landscaped. Every house was amazing. The only negative is that it is a fifteen minute walk to the actual beach. A beautiful walk, but with small children and their gear we had to shuttle everyone to the boardwalk in a car. We didn't have a wagon so we then had to push two strollers, carry all our toys/towels/food and encourage hot and whiney kids to keep walking. Consequently, there were no impromptu walks on the beach. Also, the house is about twenty five minutes from a grocery store so we had to learn to plan multiple meals ahead. Both issues can be solved with planning and the kids aging a bit. The beach area was very clean with a wide sand beach. The closest water is actually an inlet so the water was very calm, no waves at all. Perfect for small kids who can't swim. The sand was soft with shells but the shells weren't really collector worthy. This house also comes with a pass to the club house pool. The pool area was very nice and there is a parking lot for the car. However, being renters, we were allowed in only after 6pm. We were sad to leave and are definitely planning a return visit."Guest: Lara L. Date of Stay: June 2013 Review Submitted: June 23, 2013View listing
"What a treat to walk in to such a darling house. While this house looked good on the VRBO website, it was even nicer than we expected. We loved everything about the house - from the bedroom set up (what I consider an old fashioned beach house "reverse set up") ...Three of the bedrooms were on the first level and one was on the "main upstairs level". The beds were wonderfully comfortable and sheets were really soft (This is always a "biggy" for me) We were three couples (friends from school) for a long weekend getaway and found the spacious open main living area perfect for relaxing. The guys enjoyed watching the game on TV and the girls spent lots of time at the card table. We found that we had everything we needed in the kitchen to have dinner at home each night (we all took turns!) The walk to the beach was pretty short (about a four minute walk) and my favorite part was that it was a part of the beach that isn't so crowded. We stayed in the Grand Pavilion area the last time we were here and all agreed that this was much more peaceful (and therefore more enjoyable!) We even got to enjoy the fabulous porch with all of the unexpected warm weather (temps actually reached into the mid 70's in January!) We do this every year and I can honestly say, I think we've found the house we will come back to every year. Thanks again for a great stay!"Guest: Toni Date of Stay: January 2013 Review Submitted: January 21, 2013View listing
"My wife and I have stayed at various condos in this complex for the last few years. We just concluded our most enjoyable stay to date at the subject unit. The furnishings are outstanding, the location affords excellent views of the ocean (and surf sounds), and the local customer service team, as well as the owner, are efficient, customer focused and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend staying at this unit. We will be back for another visit."Guest: Rick Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 5, 2014View listing
