  • Loved it!

"I am always a little unsure when renting places with seeing them in person, but this house was great. There were 6 women (ages 32-65) and this house was great. Everyone loved the pool. The beds were very comfy and the jet bathtubs were a nice treat after a day of walking. (Note, a little bubbles goes a long way) Great location between Dallas and Ft Worth, easy access to the freeway. Cute neighborhood, we felt very safe."

  • Perfect Getaway

"We loved this quaint house located just South of Dallas. You feel like you are in the country even though you are close to the big city. The house has all of the amenities you will need for all events. A great location for a wedding with a big back yard. Also works for a romantic vacation. We had a wonderful week just hanging out with friends and family!"

  • Great place and location

"We spent three days at the house and it was very comfortable. Very spacious, more than enough room for seven adults and four children. With a two car garage and long drive way there is plenty of room for multiple vehicles. In addition, the backyard is plenty big for children to play. Our only con, in the walkway from the kitchen to the living room, where the carpet meets the wood flooring, there are sharp metal pieces that stick up. We folded a towel over and placed it over this and had only one minor issue."

  • Great spot for mini-family reunion and football

"Myself, sister and her family, and our mom (eight total) converged on the Metroplex from Arkansas, San Antonio, and North Carolina for the Texas A&M/Arkansas game at AT&T (Cowboys) Stadium and a brief family reunion. The house lent itself to having some together time when we weren't at the game...fortunately we like each other. :-) I think a good time was had by all...except I was the only one happy about the outcome of the game which had nothing to do with the house. The location is very convenient to I-820. You can actually see it from the back porch but you cannot hear it at all. Getting to I-820 on this trip was tough coming down the airport freeway because of construction so you might want to take I-30 to I-820. That route was certainly convenient to the stadium. We made it there in no time even in game traffic. The description on the 4th bedroom is slightly off. Instead of a futon there is now another memory foam bed. I think everyone slept soundly and comfortably. We didn't really use the kitchen but it seemed to be well stocked and in good working condition. There was a grill outside on the back porch, but we didn't use that either. We did take out and there were plenty of restaurants a short distance away and all types of food options available. I also wanted to note there were no mobility issues for my mom. There are no stairs to navigate if that's an issue. Slight step over the threshold is the extent of it. The only minor problem we had was the bathtub in the second bathroom was very slow draining. Nothing a little Drain-O, Liquid Plumber, or an old fashioned plunger couldn't fix. It wasn't enough to ding the overall rating. We'll certainly keep this property in mind for next year. I hope to make this an annual event ."
