  • Nice home centrally located in the metroplex

"There were ten of us staying in this home for a few days one weekend to attend a wedding in Ft. Worth. Nice spacious home, large kitchen, large master with walk in shower and jet tub too. Two car garage was a plus. The home was nice and clean. Quick access to I-20 and Cooper. Close to malls and shopping. Questions were quickly responded to via email and one phone call. Some traffic noise, but not a big deal."

  • Awesome stay-great location!

"We rented this property to meet my dad, his wife and kids who are from Arkansas half way bc we are from Midland. So we go to the area every year to spend a weekend with the family. We arrived and it was better than expected! It was nicely decorated, well maintained, and very clean. There was everything you needed there and then some. Seems like every time we would say we needed something or we wished they had something in particular we would find it in a closet! I like the way they had extra fans and an air mattress. They were also very accommodating! We asked if they had something for the baby to sleep in and when we arrived their was a small pack and play for us which was great as it didn't take up much space like the larger ones. They even went as far to go to another one of their properties to get a high chair. Internet and satellite work great. Back yard is one of the best features. We spent a majority of our time there cooking out and watching the kids play. It's close to everything and the neighborhood is quiet. I would say my only complaint was the back yard grass was a little long...but someone came the very next morning to cut it while we we were out. So I have no complaints on this property and we had an awesome weekend with family!"

  • Great spot for mini-family reunion and football

"Myself, sister and her family, and our mom (eight total) converged on the Metroplex from Arkansas, San Antonio, and North Carolina for the Texas A&M/Arkansas game at AT&T (Cowboys) Stadium and a brief family reunion. The house lent itself to having some together time when we weren't at the game...fortunately we like each other. :-) I think a good time was had by all...except I was the only one happy about the outcome of the game which had nothing to do with the house. The location is very convenient to I-820. You can actually see it from the back porch but you cannot hear it at all. Getting to I-820 on this trip was tough coming down the airport freeway because of construction so you might want to take I-30 to I-820. That route was certainly convenient to the stadium. We made it there in no time even in game traffic. The description on the 4th bedroom is slightly off. Instead of a futon there is now another memory foam bed. I think everyone slept soundly and comfortably. We didn't really use the kitchen but it seemed to be well stocked and in good working condition. There was a grill outside on the back porch, but we didn't use that either. We did take out and there were plenty of restaurants a short distance away and all types of food options available. I also wanted to note there were no mobility issues for my mom. There are no stairs to navigate if that's an issue. Slight step over the threshold is the extent of it. The only minor problem we had was the bathtub in the second bathroom was very slow draining. Nothing a little Drain-O, Liquid Plumber, or an old fashioned plunger couldn't fix. It wasn't enough to ding the overall rating. We'll certainly keep this property in mind for next year. I hope to make this an annual event ."

  • Good location

"I would recommend this property. We stayed here with our children and a grandparent for a family vacation. It was an excellent location. We were very close to Six Flags and Rangers baseball. Not walking distance, but very convenient. There is a nearby grocery store within walking distance, as well as a few "fast food" type restaurants. We also drove to attractions in Fort Worth, Addison, and Dallas without any commute being longer than about 40 minutes. It was so nice to stay in the same place for the whole 5 nights. The kids loved the pool, which was not busy at all. They also loved having the patio to go outside. On the con side, I think that the condo could have been cleaner...cob webs were under the vanity. But it wasn't terrible. There were only 4 washcloths in the whole condo. But we just made a quick trip to the store to buy a cheap pack. The toilet in the small bath was not glued down well. Overall, I would recommend this property. It fit our needs perfectly for our Dallas area vacation."
