"My family of four and my brothers family of four recently stayed here and we absolutely loved it! The layout of this house is fantastic very spacious rooms and the laundry room I must say was a plus! House was clean upon arrival no complaints there. I did have to contact home owner Melissa about a few minor things which she was very attentative and the manager had those items to us within a couple of hours. We even enjoyed some family time out in the patio/backyard. The house is off a main street but that didn't bother our stay. Great location with easy access to main highways and close to most attractions.
Places visited during our stay:
-Rangers Game in Arlingtion
-Hawaiian Falls waterpark
Overall Bowen house was a great pick for our families we loved it and would stay again in the future if needed. Thanks again Melissa for making yourself available at any given time of the day.

"3 couples staying for the National Championship game in Arlington. This home was perfect for us! It was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. Denise was wonderful to work with and so accommodating. If you are in the area for a game at Jerry's World, the ballpark or Six Flags, this is an ideal place to stay! We didn't attempt to walk; while a bit of a hike, but doable if need be! We opted to take an Uber to all of our destinations and it's a less than $5 ride to the stadium and Ubers were readily available in the area at all times. Thank you, Denise, for a wonderful stay and our Buckeyes won, so we are heading home happy!!"

"Myself, sister and her family, and our mom (eight total) converged on the Metroplex from Arkansas, San Antonio, and North Carolina for the Texas A&M/Arkansas game at AT&T (Cowboys) Stadium and a brief family reunion. The house lent itself to having some together time when we weren't at the game...fortunately we like each other. :-) I think a good time was had by all...except I was the only one happy about the outcome of the game which had nothing to do with the house.
The location is very convenient to I-820. You can actually see it from the back porch but you cannot hear it at all. Getting to I-820 on this trip was tough coming down the airport freeway because of construction so you might want to take I-30 to I-820. That route was certainly convenient to the stadium. We made it there in no time even in game traffic.
The description on the 4th bedroom is slightly off. Instead of a futon there is now another memory foam bed. I think everyone slept soundly and comfortably.
We didn't really use the kitchen but it seemed to be well stocked and in good working condition. There was a grill outside on the back porch, but we didn't use that either. We did take out and there were plenty of restaurants a short distance away and all types of food options available.
I also wanted to note there were no mobility issues for my mom. There are no stairs to navigate if that's an issue. Slight step over the threshold is the extent of it.
The only minor problem we had was the bathtub in the second bathroom was very slow draining. Nothing a little Drain-O, Liquid Plumber, or an old fashioned plunger couldn't fix. It wasn't enough to ding the overall rating.
We'll certainly keep this property in mind for next year. I hope to make this an annual event ."
