Incredible view!

We enjoyed our stay in the villa. It was well appointed and comfortable. A great home base for exploring from St. Tropez to Cannes. The view is amazing.

Perfect Spot on the Cote d’Azur

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful spot. It really is the perfect locale to explore most of the Côte d’Azur. We spent our first day visiting the beaches of St. Tropez and then the next day explored St. Paul de Vence, Cap d'Antibes and Cannes . On our final day, we took in both Eze and Monaco! The owners are very thorough and helpful with their communication as was their lovely house manager, Amandine. The views of the sea from almost every room are absolutely breathtaking.

Mediterranean Paradise!

This villa is absolutely wonderful! The view of the Mediterranean Sea from all three balconies is stunning! thank you Amandine for being so helpful and responsive to our needs!! And the owner, Frederic, you were so helpful in providing ideas to explore beautiful Theoule Sur Mer and the French Riviera. I would highly recommend this villa.

Amazing house with stunning views

We couldn’t have asked for more! The House was perfect for a group of 7! All of the amenities you could ask for and more. The owners were so responsive and easy to work with. The pictures of this house don’t do it justice. The views are breath taking and the house is so spacious and modern. Amandine was a wonderful host and very helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Just can’t wait to come back!

Unbelievable house! Would never stay anywhere else!

This house exceeded all expectation! The pictures don’t even do it justice. There were 7 of us at this house and it fit us perfectly. We could not have imagined or asked for anything more in this house. The owners were amazingly responsive and the house manager was wonderful. I cannot say enough about this property and how much we loved it. We will be back as soon as we possibly can. Home away from home with all of the amenities that you could need or want. Words can’t describe how much we loved this house!

The view from this villa is breathtaking. It is in a beautiful area, a great location and it has plenty of space. The rooms are all good sizes, perfectly clean and the Pool is amazing. We would definitely stay there again. Amandine was brilliant, we felt very welcomed and she gave very good instructions of how everything works in the house. The only downsides for us were some late night parties at Palais Bulles, 2 houses down, so it was like being next to an outdoor nightclub. I don’t know generally how often these happen but one night was extremely loud, still after midnight. The house is missing comfortable outdoor furniture. This is a shame as there are no comfortable chairs to sit on outside of an evening to enjoy the view. This would make a big improvement. We also struggled with large biting ants. Being that the house is set in beautiful gardens I’m not sure if this is something that can be addressed. The positives definitely out way the negatives. As I said we loved the house and would definitely stay again. My children felt sad to leave… I felt sad to leave. We have some lovely memories made and many photos of the beautiful view. Thank you

The villa was beyond amazing . The most beautiful spot on the Riviera! Tranquil, enchanting views!

The home was well appointed , had everything you could possibly need . The rooms were large and comfortable . Kitchen has all you needed to cook local delights and sit outside and once again be in awe of our surroundings . Pool was fabulous . Felt like you were floating on the sea... also had nice outdoor kitchen and grill to cook local fresh fish . Centrally located to other towns along the Cote D’Azur .. beaches are abit hard to locate and crowded on weekends but still the worth the trips .. nice hiking trails at the end of the street which we did not have time to take full advantage of . Would recommend . Frédéric was so helpful along the way through the booking and provided us with lots of necessary information and had his sister welcome us and show us how to operate the home .. private surroundings , elevator , locked gate .. house air conditioned which is a plus and washer and dryer too . Would only recommend having pool/ beach towels and blankets .. came from US and could not pack them .. also provide some table clothes / placemats for indoor and outdoor table would be great and would have liked some more comfy chairs on deck outside of living room as you spend a lot of time endlessly engrossed on the beauty of the views from this deck .We embraced every moment at this stunning villa and will have long lasting memories of a piece of heaven ... thank you Frédéric for sharing your families home .. we will never forget our stay and have beautiful pictures to remind us of the days we were able to stay . We will return to the special place .... if you are considering booking .. look no further you will love it as we did !!

Regarding the beach towels, we used to provide them but it created confusion as people used them also for the bathroom. We did have placemats located under the oven and quilts in the bedrooms. Awesome, Fantastic, Beautiful, a Cote d'Azur dream

We stayed in total 2 weeks at Frederic's fantastic sea view villa in Theoule - the first week we were 3 couples and our 6 month old baby and the second week just my wife, the baby and me. The pictures can't match what you feel if you enter the house which is around 2 meters above the sea level on the beautiful red rock steep coastline between Cannes and St. Tropez - the view from the terrace of the azur blue and beautiful Mediterranean sea is just awesome. The house comes with a smooth and well arranged interior - not to much but nothing is missing. It has three levels where you find the several (4 bedrooms, each with a own balcony, one with a own terrace). It doesn't matter in which room you are, if you lay in your bed, sit on the kitchen table or on the couch - you see ALWAYS the sea - it's incredible. The space where we enjoyed most of our time is the terrace with the infinity pool. If you swim in the pool - it's so beautiful because you become one with the blue sky, the azur sea and the refreshing water. This two weeks in the house were a great relaxing time, the neighborhood is fantastic, the house next door is the famous "Palais Bulles" owned by famous designer Pierre Cardin - one of France most iconic houses. Last but not least I need to mention Frederic - the owner and host. Frederic is fantastic - he welcomed us with Prosecco on ice, he walked us through the house what he and his family just finished to built in 2014 - you can feel how much he loves this place. The house next door is his brother's house - he introduced us to the area, the stories around Theoule, he helped us to find the supermarket and was always available for questions. Eine Woche verbrachten wir mit unserer Familie (8Personen) in dem wunderschönen Haus an der Côte d'Azur. Die Lage, der Ausblick, das Ambiente und die Zimmer entsprechen absolut den Angaben aus der Beschreibung von fewo. Wir bekamen eine sehr detaillierte Einweisung in das Haus. Die Kommunikation und die Abwicklung erfolgte unproblematisch. Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Site et vue magnifique!

La situation de la maison est parfaite, tout en hauteur avec une vue incroyable sur la Mediterranee.. La maison est construite sue 3 niveaux avec les chambres et salles de bain a des niveaux differents ce qui donne une belle intimité et espace pour voyage à deux couples ou 2 familles. Lits très confortables. La piscine est belle et située face a la mer mais nous notons un laisser aller a/ n de l entretien des installations de celle-ci. L' eau était très claire mais le béton verdatre par endroits et chaises vieillottes.. Tout est là mais pourrait etre "rafraichit". La cuisine est fonctionnelle, nois y avons cuisiné tous les repas du soir. Laveuse va très bien. Amenez votre papier toilette, pas de réserve fourni...

Wunderschöne Lage mit tollem Pool

Das gesamte Haus entsprach der Beschreibung und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick ist einfach ein Traum. Bei der Übergabe wurde alles sehr gut erklärt und wir hatten keinerlei Probleme, uns im Haus zurecht zu finden.

Pour rappel vous êtes arrivés dans la villa le 20 aout, en pleine canicule. La température extérieure a atteint 37 degrés. Les couettes ont été retirées pour votre confort, mais elles étaient disponibles dans le dressing des chambres. La température de l’eau dans la piscine était de 28 degrés sans chauffage. Les bactéries, les algues et les champignons se développent au-delà. Vous avez pu malgré tout utiliser la pompe à chaleur pour obtenir la température que vous souhaitiez. Il est dommage que vous exprimiez seulement maintenant ces remarques. Nous sommes à l’écoute des demandes de nos locataires et essayons d’y répondre favorablement dans la mesure du possible.

Faultless location with breath taking views from every room & pool.

Location is unbelievable. You Do need a car as cabs expensive and bc of Covid some restaurants which were walkable not currently available. However the hourly bus service number 22 is fantastic into Theoule and or along the coast into Cannes. Beautiful beaches to pick from. Wonderful beach club in Port de Mandelieu (Dolce Farniente) with beds / sofas and light snacks & drinks. If sun out especially the place Is faultless. Amandine was very helpful. And got us checked in safely.

Séjour de rêve dans une villa magnifique

une vue et une piscine sublime , dommage que l'intérieur soit pas de la meme niveau. les poeles et la literie mériteraient d'être change. Sinon l'accueil est parfaite

Fantastic property, awesome location and host

The property was fantastic, only beat by the view from all rooms in the home. Great place to relax and take in the view. I was there during bad weather which did not even manage to ruin the experience. Frederic was great host, very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying there.

I'm Frederic Gaillot, the owner of Villa Terres Rouges. My wife and I grew up in Paris, and we are now working in Reims. We both lived and worked abroad, and our kids were born in Florence, Italy. We enjoy outdoor activites, and Theoule is perfect for those who want to hike, swim, dive, and still enjoy the proximity of a nice restaurant or casino in Cannes !

My family owns the place since 1954, but it's only in 2011 that we've decided to build a villa. We've decided to mirror Palais Bulles's contemporary design with a squared structure. Pierre Cardin told us when we finished the villa that he liked it !

この宿泊施設の特徴

The villa is sitting almost at the top of the hill of l'Esquillon, which is dominating Cannes' bay. The view is unique. It is so unique that it has been used to illustrate the french riviera on travel guides ! You will see a panoramic view starting from the Alpes on your left, and continuing with Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, the Lerins islands, and the Sea on your right. The pool is an L shape heated pool, with direct view on sea. All bedrooms as well as the living room are facing the sea and offer a stunning view.
