Welcome to Casa Grace Victoria, your home away from home.

Upon entrance, you are greeted with high ceilings, large windows, sunshine, and plenty of open space.
Downstairs, Casa Grace Victoria features a beautiful spacious kitchen, a classic formal dining room, and an intimate living room. The formal dining room seats 4, the breakfast nook seats 6, and a breakfast bar seats 3. Upstairs, there are cozy loft areas for relaxing.
The home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and two half baths.
The master bedroom features an enormous king bed and gorgeous master bath. The master bath includes both a stand-in shower and a large hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the park.
Two additional rooms feature queen beds, and two more rooms include two twin beds in each; the villa sleeps 10 comfortably.
Indulge in your very own private swimming pool in the backyard. Relax on the patio, listen to music, or enjoy a family cook out on us! A BBQ grill is included on the patio for your private use.
Prefer to stay in? Enjoy the smart TV, Cable/DVD, stereo system, Wi-Fi, and free long distance calling.
We aim to make your stay as homey as possible. All bedrooms include their own HD TVs, and the family room features a 60 inch Smart TV.
The kitchen is stocked with all appliances, eating utensils, glasses and dishes along with pots and pans for cooking.
Linens are provided, and a washer and dryer is included in the home as well for your convenience.
A crib is available for small children, as well as baby equipment and toys.

The villa was first class & was great for my family of 6, lots of room for us all. We went to all the big parks & travel times to parks was between 20 to 40 mins depending on traffic which was good for us. The villa was in a very nice & safe area. We had no problems at all & Scott was great.

The house looks just like the pictures and summarized description. Very clean, plenty of space, nice pool and located within 10 to 15 minutes of the Disney Parks. Scott, the owner, is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you might have. I highly recommend this vacation home.

My family of 9 stayed at this beautiful house. The house accommodated all of us very comfortably. The house is very clean and located close to a lot of attractions. We went to Disney and Universal both were approximately 25 minutes away. My grandchildren loved the themed rooms and the beautiful pool. We had cook outs on the grill and had a great time ! We will definitely be returning!

This home was perfect for my family to stay in on our trip to Florida! It is located very close to any store you could think of, but just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. We went to Florida to visit Disney and Unviersal. The home is the perfect distance to all parks. It’s very clean, well stocked and has that homey feel. I would recommend the property to anyone looking to go to Disney but not stay on Disney property!

The house was nice and clean. I didn’t have any issues while I was there a few cosmetic things could be updated but nothing major. The game room was great with kids but got hot really quick and the fans really didn’t help. Overall if we plan a big family trip we would definitely stay here again! We stayed as a family of 7 over Christmas and New Year. Scott is really helpful and easy to communicate with and the property itself is spacious and comfortable. The property is in a safe, gated community and the area is very peaceful. It is convenient for restaurants and shops. The drive to the Disney parks takes about 20 minutes and to Universal about 40 minutes. The roads are easy to drive on. There is a pool area and a games room as well as plenty of different seating spaces in the house for people to have some personal space. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. I would highly recommend the house and the price is very reasonable.

Stunning home!

This home is all you would need to have a wonderful vacation. The details and decor are compared to those on a magazine. The home comes with all you may need. They even have strollers, ponchos, electric cords, tools, etc. I point this out because I did not think we would have needed it but we did and it saved a trip to the local Walmart. The area is quiet and very safe. Scott is very quick to respond and he is very attentive. Overall my family and I really enjoyed ourselves.

Our family has always traveled to Walt Disney World since our 3 children were young and some of our best vacations have been spent there.
