Bienvenido a Casa Grace Victoria, tu hogar lejos del hogar.

A la entrada, son recibidos con techos altos, grandes ventanales, sol y mucho espacio abierto.
En la planta baja, Casa Grace Victoria cuenta con una hermosa cocina espaciosa, un comedor formal clásico y una sala de estar íntima. El comedor formal tiene capacidad para 4, el rincón del desayuno tiene capacidad para 6 y una barra de desayuno con capacidad para 3. Arriba, hay acogedoras zonas tipo loft para relajarse.
La casa cuenta con 5 dormitorios, 3 baños completos y dos medios baños.
El dormitorio principal cuenta con una enorme cama king y baño principal magnífico. El baño principal incluye una ducha independiente y una gran bañera de hidromasaje, perfecta para relajarse después de un largo día en el parque.
Dos habitaciones adicionales cuentan con camas queen y otras dos habitaciones incluyen dos camas individuales en cada una; La villa tiene capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente.
Disfrute de su propia piscina privada en el patio trasero. ¡Relájate en el patio, escucha música o disfruta de una comida familiar con nosotros! Una parrilla de barbacoa se incluye en el patio para su uso privado.

The villa was first class & was great for my family of 6, lots of room for us all. We went to all the big parks & travel times to parks was between 20 to 40 mins depending on traffic which was good for us. The villa was in a very nice & safe area. We had no problems at all & Scott was great.

Stunning home!

This home is all you would need to have a wonderful vacation. The details and decor are compared to those on a magazine. The home comes with all you may need. They even have strollers, ponchos, electric cords, tools, etc. I point this out because I did not think we would have needed it but we did and it saved a trip to the local Walmart. The area is quiet and very safe. Scott is very quick to respond and he is very attentive. Overall my family and I really enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

My family of 9 stayed at this beautiful house. The house accommodated all of us very comfortably. The house is very clean and located close to a lot of attractions. We went to Disney and Universal both were approximately 25 minutes away. My grandchildren loved the themed rooms and the beautiful pool. We had cook outs on the grill and had a great time ! We will definitely be returning!

Nice house for big family

The house was nice and clean. I didn’t have any issues while I was there a few cosmetic things could be updated but nothing major. The game room was great with kids but got hot really quick and the fans really didn’t help. Overall if we plan a big family trip we would definitely stay here again! Scott was great to communicate with as well.

The owner is the best. He always gives you heads up in advance, no surprise. Super nice owner. Always response within minutes. Clean and nice gated neighborhood. Quite. See different cute animals in the neighborhood.

Perfect Home

This home was perfect for my family to stay in on our trip to Florida! It is located very close to any store you could think of, but just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. We went to Florida to visit Disney and Unviersal. The home is the perfect distance to all parks. It’s very clean, well stocked and has that homey feel. I would recommend the property to anyone looking to go to Disney but not stay on Disney property!

Family Time

Enjoyed our family trip to Orlando. Scott was awesome from the booking, to answering all of my questions and my needs for the visit. The house was clean upon arrival. The kids enjoyed the pool and the game room. We enjoyed the theme parks, but we also enjoyed relaxing at the house with the kids. Will definitely save this listing for my future trips to Orlando.

Winter Getaway

Everything at the house was as described. We paid for the pool to be heated and the temperature of the pool was great. The location is great and easy to get to. We would stay there again.

Amazing

This was the absolute best Vacation Rental I've ever stayed at. The house us gorgeous, clean, big, and has a lot to keep everyone occupied when you're not at the parks. I cant thank Scott enough for being such a gracious host and so so easy to work with! I hope I'm able to rent again next time we return!! Definitely do not pass this up!!

Everything about the house was perfect. It was safe for the kids and the heated pool was nice for the 2 cooler days it was still warm enough to swim. Perfect distance from attractions to enjoy them but stay out of traffic the days you aren't going. Had one issue that was resolved super quick. Highly recommend this property

Big beautiful house

This was a lovely house in a nice neighborhood. It’s close to restaurants, gas station, and grocery store. The house had everything we needed. The kids had games and space to play. Highly recommend!

Lovely home and close to everything

We love the house. It was cleaned, and the pictures are very accurate. Communication with Scott was great! We look forwars to renting again. The pool is big and the patio is a very decent size.

Worry free stay

The house looks just like the pictures and summarized description. Very clean, plenty of space, nice pool and located within 10 to 15 minutes of the Disney Parks. Scott, the owner, is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you might have. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Scott and Debbie Cooper are the owners of Casa Grace Victoria, the name of the home comes from our 2 granddaughters. Our family has always traveled to Walt Disney World since our 3 children were young and some of our best vacations have been spent there. Now that our family is growing we thought it would be a great idea to own a home in the area so future generations of our family could also enjoy the parks at a more reasonable cost. We also thought it would be a terrific opportunity to share our home with others. Once we decided on this the search began and the result is Casa Grace Victoria.
