Phoenix on the Bay # 1410 es un condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños que tiene el tamaño perfecto para un máximo de cuatro personas, con una cama king en el dormitorio principal y una reina en el segundo dormitorio. Tendrás una amplia sala de estar, una cocina totalmente equipada y Wi-Fi gratis durante tu estadía, ¡solo trae a tus amigos y familiares para las vacaciones de tu vida!

The condo was great! Very spacious and had everything we could ever need. Kids loved the pool area with the water slide! The lazy River was awesome! Grounds were very well kept!

Great place and amazing stay!

Such a great experience, we are more pool people than beach people so this was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and we had a wonderful time and the place was perfect!

The condo was SUPER clean and nicely furnished. If you have kiddos to entertain and don’t mind a little drive to the beach this is it! Great view of the bay bridge!

Great place for vacation!!

Perfect fit for our softball trip to the area. Great location. Condo was set up great. Only recommendation would be that parking pass be included with cost of rental. We will be back when we play again down here.

Lovely for a family. Though we think we forgot our son's bunny in the condo. If it was found, can it be mailed back to us? We will happily pay for the shipping.

Stay at Phoenix on the bay

We loved our time at Phoenix on the Bay. The amenities there are very nice and offer ample opportunities to meet others. Our particular unit was nice enough, although the furniture certainly showed much wear. Although the unit appeared clean, the floors were filthy! The advertisement for the unit indicated a lounge chair on the deck which was broken and removed but not replaced.

Comfortable and Relaxing

The accommodations were great for our family. Enjoyed having the bedrooms with the bath attached. The kitchen was well equipped for those who want to cook, but we ate out most of the time. The only problem was the management said there was a Keurig and there wasn’t for our coffee we brought with us. The view from the condo was good! The slide was great! We especially enjoyed the lazy river!!!!!! We would definitely stay there again!!

Condo dirty - resort nice

Floors were dirty from the time we walked in. As if they were never mopped. Master bath toilet was also dirty and looked as if it had not been cleaned. Other than this it was a nice place to stay. Pool area is great

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was very clean. The teens enjoyed the lazy River a lot. The only complaint I have is that the sleeper sofa was awful. The listing says it sleeps 6. I would stay here again, but not with more than 4 people. Two of our girls ended up just sleeping on the sofa (without the sleeper pulled out) and the love seat. Also, take some blankets and pillows, as they also only had a bottom sheet and top sheet for the sleeper sofa. I will say the master bed was very comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed this condo.

I was told to hold for door code after 23 minutes holding she said she could not hear me and hung up, was was far from true. Check in 4pm then check out 9 am miss two day and not right.

Orange Beach Trip

Pool and lazy river were very nice and very clean. The room had a terrible stinch that hit us the minute we opened the door the first time. We bought febreeze and candles to survive. Could not find the problem! Nasty smell. Smell either gone when we left days later or the nose became accustom! Furniture and decor was mismatched and dirty. Floors were nasty. Had to scrub feet with dish soap to remove the black from feet. Beds were comfortable. View was wonderful. Parking was convenient to room.

Great Unit - Dirty Floors

Stayed in this unit while grandson's 8u travel baseball team was playing in a local Perfect Game World Series tournament (which they won!). The unit was super nice, great view, good location for not being on the beach, and the pools & lazy river were A+. Only real complaint was the tile floors in this unit were dirty. They had been swept/vacuumed and appeared visibly clean when we arrived, but had obviously not been mopped/thoroughly cleaned in some time. One walk across the floor in bare feet and the bottoms of your feet were black!! Had to wear shoes/flops while walking around the unit. Other than the floors everything was great.

Great Pool

Our family of 4 arrived on Monday July 1st and left on Friday. We drove in from Texas, the family loves a good pool area with an occasional day trip to the beach. This pool was great and felt safe for my 6 and 12 year old to run around to the different pools, lazy river and slide area. Our condo was a great location and overlooked the middle of the pool. If I had any complaints about the condo it’s self, 1- there were no blankets at all, the 2 beds had a very thin “comforter” but there was nothing to go on the sofa bed other than sheets. (They did offer extra pillows) 2- in the kitchen there was only 1 hand towel and no oven mitts 3- lastly I hated that there was no common restroom, both restrooms are in the bedrooms. This trip it wasn’t too bad other than taking the chance of waking up whomever was laying in the bed but we normally travel with others so that would be hard to have to walk through their bedroom to get to the restroom.

New Year’s

This was an easy booking. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable. Everything that we needed in the kitchen was available.

Tourist trap

No a/c until 12:00 am on day of check in. Fridge didn’t cool properly. I’m sure they will have a rebuttal…. But to spend 1st 6-7 hours of our stay in a hot condo is unacceptable. They did finally repair a/c but never checked fridge… they explained it would take a day to cool!

Anniversary Getaway
