Located in the popular Phoenix on the Bay resort in Orange Beach Alabama, this fifth floor two bedroom condo has one of the best 2/2 views in the complex, located towards the bay of the complex's coveted West side (for shaded balconies from lunchtime through the evening).

The two bedroom condo comfortably sleeps four adults on the two king beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa bed (sleeps two), a twin sleeper chair (sleeps one), another twin sleeper chair (sleeps one) and a separate full size twin rollaway bed (sleeps one), to informally accommodate additional guests or children.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations for the condo are easy ! Our preferred method of booking is for you to use the 'BOOK IT' button on the top right hand side of our site, and follow the online instructions to book the unit through the online VRBO credit card payment system. Your reservation will then be finalized within a few minutes in most cases during regular business hours, or a few hours if booking after hours. This preferred payment option is available 24/7 as it is an automated process to book the reservation.

Once paid in full, a confirmation email is sent to you through VRBO. Later, an informational packet on the condo, including the keyless code for entry to the unit, will then be sent to you by email to you in advance of your intended stay.

REQUIRED ID / AGE RESTRICTION: Renters must be 25 or older. Violation of this rule results in forfeiture of stay and deposit. Required ID and minimum age verification is reconfirmed upon checkin.

NO SMOKING: This is a strictly non-smoking unit / complex. There will be a $1000 fine, forfeiture of stay, forfeiture of damage deposit, and required reimbursement for all costs of deodorization (which could be thousands of dollars) if smoking occurs in the unit. This rule is closely monitored and strictly enforced. Smokers are not welcome and are prohibited from renting this unit.

BOAT SLIPS/WAVERUNNERS/TRAILER PARKING: Boat slips of every size, and trailer parking are all available for rent through the front desk of Phoenix on the Bay. Jet skis may also be used on the beach as well. Incidental to the reservation of our unit, we provide you the contact information for the front desk to rent a slip, place your jet ski on the beach, and or trailer space, in case you need any of those types of needs during your stay. As there are dozens and dozens of slips of every size available, slip availability is guaranteed, even if last minute. For example, if you decide to bring your boat at the last minute, or make a last minute reservation with us, simply pull in with your boat to Phoenix on the Bay, and then go to the front desk and rent a slip. It's that easy.

There is even a boat launch, boat washing area, and trailer parking - all on site ! Phoenix on the Bay is a boater's dream !

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: A fully refundable security deposit is required, in addition to the amount owed for the stay. The amount required varies depending upon the Season (Spring Break) or event (Hangout). Assuming checkout compliance, the security deposit is credited back to your credit card on the seventh day following your checkout, with an emailed receipt thanking you for your stay. This is an automated credit back procedure taken care of by VRBO unless the owner makes a claim against the security deposit.

PARKING PASSES: There is convenient same floor covered parking available for the unit. Upon arrival, please simply stop by the front desk and purchase a parking pass, good for your entire stay. Parking passes are $27.75 each, and are good for your entire stay.

One of the best lazy rivers in Orange Beach, and extensive amenities for the entire family. For boaters, there is a launch on site, multiple slips of varying sizes for rent, onsite trailer parking, and only minutes away from the Alabama Point bridge and pass to the Gulf of Mexico.

We absolutely loved this unit at Phoenix on the Bay ! The reservations system was simple through the VRBO website, and the keyless entry system was a breeze to use – no standing in line to check in or check out ! Parking is on the same floor as the unit - very convenient. Once inside the unit, it is meticulously clean, flat screen TV’s in every room, and really nice furnishings. The bed comforter sets vary from the photos, as they apparently are periodically rotated out for cleaning (which is great). The view from the huge balcony is spectacular, and the guest amenities at Phoenix on the Bay, including the lazy river, pools, and gym, are first class – some of the best in Orange Beach. This unit is perfect - highly recommend !

Great Condo

Condo was very impressive with the views and artwork. The view from the 5th floor was out of this world. I really enjoyed opening the sliding glass door and having the breeze go through the condo. They did drain the water slide and the lazy river for 3 days of our stay which was a major bummer for the kids and us. Beach access was close to the condo and was nice to have washer and dryer to do clothes daily in the unit.

Owner's Response: A teen or Spring Breaker jumped off a bridge into the lazy river landing on the jet system on the bottom, crushing the piping system. Onsite staff worked 'around the clock' to drain the lazy river system (which includes the pool for the water slide), replace the crushed piping, and reopen within 48 hours. The two large outdoor pools, splash pad, heated indoor pool and both hot tubs, as well as all other POB amenities, remained fully operational. Hotels and condos sometimes have to close an attraction or amenity due to safety reasons (i.e. double red flags closing the Gulf to swimming), and although unfortunate, is sometimes necessary.

Absolutely loved our trip!! Room was gorgeous and so clean! View was incredible! Our kids keep busy the entire day with all the pool options! Owner was great to work with and fast to respond. We WILL be coming back next year!

Loved this condo, view and water park for the kids!

We just got back from an amazing vacation to Phoenix on the Bay! We had never been to Orange Beach as we usually vacation near Destin on 30A. What a beautiful condo and building this was! James was incredibly helpful and I felt very confident going even though I knew little about the area. This vacation far exceeded our expectation! Our boys (13 and 11) LOVED the lazy river, water slides and multiple pools to play in! My husband and I loved the views and being able to relax while the boys were entertained. They fished from the dock in the morning and we enjoyed being so close to everything! We will most certainly be back!

The view was even better than I anticipated.

We couldn't have asked for more. This unit was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated in sea shore decor. Everyone from the front desk to the guests were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub too.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property!!!
