This condo has two bedrooms, both with king beds. Each bedroom has an en suite (directly attached) full bath as well. There is also a queen sleeper sofa bed (sleeps two), and a separate Serta twin rollaway bed (sleeps one), to informally accommodate additional guests, young adults or children.

NO KEY HASSLE - NO WAITING: No need to stand in line for check in or check out ! Entry to the condo is easy - simply key in the code we supply you for the electronic keypad at the door. Your reservation confirmation, booking, stay and logistics are all handled by email directly with the owner of the unit in a streamlined and efficient process.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations for the condo are easy ! Our preferred method of booking is for you to use the 'BOOK IT' button on the top right hand side of our site, and follow the online instructions to book the unit through the online VRBO credit card payment system. Your reservation will then be finalized within a few minutes in most cases during regular business hours, or a few hours if booking after hours. This preferred payment option is available 24/7 as it is an automated process to book the reservation.
Once paid in full, a confirmation email is sent to you through VRBO. Later, an informational packet on the condo, including the keyless code for entry to the unit, will then be sent to you by email to you in advance of your intended stay.
REQUIRED ID / AGE RESTRICTION: Renters must be 25 or older. Violation of this rule results in forfeiture of stay and deposit. Required ID and minimum age verification is reconfirmed upon checkin.
NO SMOKING: This is a strictly non-smoking unit / complex. There will be a $1500 fine, forfeiture of stay, forfeiture of damage deposit, and required reimbursement for all costs of deodorization (which could be thousands of dollars) if smoking occurs in the unit. This rule is closely monitored and strictly enforced. Smokers are not welcome and are prohibited from renting this unit.
BOAT SLIPS/WAVERUNNERS/TRAILER PARKING: Boat slips of every size, and trailer parking are all available for rent through the front desk of Phoenix on the Bay at competitive rates (around $1.50 per boat foot per day). Jet skis may also be used on the beach for free, but it is first come first served. Incidental to the reservation of our unit, we provide you the contact information for the front desk to rent a slip, place your jet ski on the beach, and or trailer space, in case you need any of those types of needs during your stay.
SPRING BREAK / SUMMER / FALL BREAK / SNAPPER SEASON: Advance slip and trailer reservations (handled through the front desk of Phoenix on the Bay) are strongly encouraged. We provide you the contact information once booked and instructions on how to reserve a slip and trailer space, after you are booked with us.
There is even a boat launch, boat washing area, and trailer parking - all on site ! Phoenix on the Bay is a boater's dream !
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A $300 fully refundable security deposit is required, in addition to the amount owed for the stay. The actual deposit varies depending upon the Season (Spring Break) or event (Hangout). Assuming checkout compliance, the security deposit is credited back to your credit card on the seventh day following your checkout, with an emailed receipt thanking you for your stay. This is an automated credit back procedure taken care of by VRBO unless the owner makes a claim against the security deposit.
PARKING PASSES: There is convenient same floor covered parking available for the unit. Upon arrival, please simply stop by the front desk and purchase a parking pass, good for your entire stay. Parking passes are $27.75 each, and are good for your entire stay.
