Our home is suited for a mature family that enjoys luxury accommodations. We are approx. 250 steps from the beach in a family friendly small and private beach access only neighborhood. Our beach home may not be the cheapest however we enjoy luxury and that's what we provide to you during your stay. Our house was built to enjoy, not to fill it up and rent it out. ZERO PROM ALLOWED! All sheets and bedding are premium. There are NO EXTRA FEES FOR LINENS, bath towels or kitchen towels unlike most beach homes. Read their fine print, we do not have hidden fees! We also like comfortable beds on vacation, even the kids bunks are premium pillow top mattresses. Master suite upstairs with a private balcony has amazing ocean views too! We spare no expense with accommodations in our home. WIFI, Direc TV and Netflix. ALL ROOMS have large smart TVs including a 70' Smart TV in the living room. Bonus: Furnished screened in porch area with beach views, perfect spot for your morning coffee. We also have a fully enclosed outdoor shower AND a foot shower so you can wash off the sand. Downstairs is the perfect gathering area for your family. Custom picnic and bar area w/seating is a great place to hang out and play games. Check-in is at 4:00 pm; Check-out is at 11:00 am. Please remember during peak season early check in may not be available due to guests checking out and time needed to get our home ready for your arrival. There are No late check-outs unless PRIOR permission has been given.

OUR HOUSE IS SMOKE-FREE and Vape free. Do NOT smoke or vape on the premises.

Although we do have WIFI, internet is not reliable in Crystal Beach.

SORRY, NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS.

CRYSTAL BEACH REQUIRES THAT ANY CARS DRIVEN ON THE BEACH HAVE A VISIBLE PARKING PERMIT. You can get these at any store.

We do NOT rent out for prom, or large events OR DAY PARTIES EVENTS:
ANY EVENT SUCH AS A DAY PARTY, crawfish boil, gatherings of multiple families, BIRTHDAY PARTIES, WEDDINGS, REUNIONS MAY NOT EXCEED THE MAX OCCUPANCY 10 AT ANY TIME INCLUDING CHILDREN. THE HOUSE USES A SEPTIC AND HAS A MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY.
• IF YOU VIOLATE THIS POLICY, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT AND PAY FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. DO NOT RENT OUR HOME AND INVITE YOUR FRIENDS BECAUSE THEIRS "PLENTY OF ROOM". You WILL sign a rental agreement and list ALL OCCUPANTS INCLUDING CHILDREN. If their are more than 10 people including children at our home at ANY TIME , you WILL BE EVICTED AND ZERO DOLLARS REFUNDED. Our home is for FAMILY USE. Day parties ARE NOT ALLOWED.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property and the renter must be present at all times. Any reservation made under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money. A security deposit of $750 will be paid to book your stay along w/ Payment, accompanied by a copy of your driver’s license and the signed rental agreement. The reservation date is not secured until the deposit and ½ the rent is received. Cleaning fee is a flat fee of $200.00. There will be an excessive cleaning fee taken from your deposit in addition to the cleaning fee if our home needs it. Unfortunately our brand new home has had abusive guests. Please treat our home as if it were yours. WE DO NOT ALLOW MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE AT OUR HOME.

The other half of the rental fee is required 30 days prior to start date of the rental.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS Ten (10): THE MAXIMUM SLEEPING CAPACITY IS BASED ON THE HOME’S ABILITY TO SAFELY AND COMFORTABLY ACCOMMODATE OUR GUESTS. THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 10 INCLUDES CHILDREN. GUEST EXCEEDING MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY WILL BE SUBJECT TO FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT, RENTAL MONEY, AND WILL BE EVICTED. ***ABSOLUTELY NO DAY GATHERINGS, PROM OR LARGE PARTIES.***

This is our home and it is a wonderful getaway. We hope that you enjoy it and have fun, but we also ask that you take care of it as if it were your own. Please leave the home in the same condition as you found it.

After we inspect the house for cleanliness/damages and find no issues, your security deposit will be returned promptly.
