Spacious with large private heated pool, covered porch, Walk to beach, Fireplace

Centrally located in upscale Old Nags Head Place subdivision, this brand new 657 SQFT ground floor, pool-side unit is completely separate from the main house with a private entry, master bathroom, bedroom, living room, full fridge, wet bar, and microwave. The private 215 SQFT covered-porch overlooks the heated pool and large landscaped back yard.. The pool is heated and the pool area is shared with only two other people(my wife and I) working full time 9-5 jobs. The second entry is via a sliding glass door that allows for views of the pool and well manicured backyard area. The outdoor shower is located just around the corner from the porch and it is a great place to rinse off after the beach. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet and master bathroom. The living room has a gas fireplace that can be enjoyed in the spring/fall.A flat screen TV is mounted above the fireplace. TV has approximately 175 channels. The dining area includes a wet bar with a full-size fridge(with ice maker), and microwave. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach via a beautiful private, landscaped, community path. Our poolside apartment is within walking/biking distance to many well renowned sites on the Outer Banks, including, Jockey's Ridge State Park (via signaled Hollowell St crosswalk), the new (2017) Town of Nags Head Dowdy Park, The Nags Head Fishing Pier, Tortugas Lie Restaurant and many other attractions. The apartment is within walking distance to the YMCA via the Town of Nags Head's new Multi-use path.

Our place is a great place for a couple or small family to get away from it all, have lots of privacy and still be within walking distance to many of Nags Head's attractions.

When you book with us we want you to feel at home so please feel free to ask any questions or let us know if you need anything to help make your stay more enjoyable.

**Please note that the fireplace will be available for use starting in the late fall (and ending in the spring) when temperatures require heating.

*** Please note that we will keep the pool open and heated as late in to the fall(and open as early in the spring) as possible as long as outdoor air temperatures permit.

If you are looking for a clean and convenient place to stay in the outer banks, look no further! Iain's place is all of this and more. Check in was easy! Iain checked in on us periodically via the app to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool and private deck are awesome. We spent some time relaxing on the patio while it rained until it cleared enough to go to the beach.

Cozy and cute place for a couple!

We loved it here! This is a new construction so everything was perfect. It is also nicely decorated. The location is great. Very close to the “main drag” yet private. The walk to the beach was 6 1/2 minutes. The pool and outdoor space was nice and relaxing. I liked that they provided beach towels, coolers, chairs, etc. Iain was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing inside, very quiet and so relaxing!

If I ever go back down that way again with just my boyfriend I would stay there again. I loved how they had a raft for the pool, cornhole and a line outside to hang your belongings to dry. I do however wish they had an actual stove or something, they do have something portable to use and also a toaster would have been nice. I loved having our own code for the keyless entry, made me feel very safe, would have been nice to have a curtain on that door or a blind for added privacy. If anyone has any doubts, don’t it is so worth every penny!!
