Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure dishes are done and put away, and the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized.
Used towels shall be put in the laundry area. Leave any used beds un-made, do not strip sheets and bedding.
Put trash in the cans on the side deck. Ensure lids are tightly closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We live in live in Kansas City, MO with our two children Tess and James. We bought the property over 20 years ago to be near our parents, and enjoy getting to Pagosa several times a year. Our goal with the property is to allow others to get the real "Pagosa Experience"!

152 Belford is an awesome property as it's an upgraded 3 BR log home on 5 acres. Located on the west end of Pagosa, it's secluded yet close to amenities.

What makes this property unique

The property is great for a family with pets or horses. We are pet friendly, have a 1 ac fenced dog run along with smaller kennel area and the property is fenced and cross-fenced for horses.
