Perfect for a ski get away. Stocked kitchen, easy to cook at home. Washer and dryer makes it great for longer stays or ski gear. Excellent beds. Loved that each bedroom had it's own mini split for temperature control. Quiet and peaceful at night. Gorgeous star gazing! Loved seeing the deer in the evenings!

Great property in secluded quiet neighborhood. The house was plenty of room for my family of 5. The kitchen was nicely stocked too. The family and our little dog enjoyed sitting in living room to warm up around would stove after playing around outside in the snow! Quick and easy communication with host when needed. It was easy drive to get into town and about 40min drive to wolf creek for skiing. We had a great time!

The deck is a great place to hangout and visit. Great view and wildlife watching as well. The kitchen/dining/living area is also great for visiting and family meal prep. Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. We had five people in our group and the space was adequate.

Check in was very easy, plenty of room and everything was in working order. The beds were very comfortable so we slept well while there. We loved the deck and watching the birds, deer, and squirrels. 152 Belford is an awesome property as it's an upgraded 3 BR log home on 5 acres. Located on the west end of Pagosa, it's secluded yet close to amenities.

What makes this property unique

The property is great for a family with pets or horses. We are pet friendly, have a 1 ac fenced dog run along with smaller kennel area and the property is fenced and cross-fenced for horses.
