CUTE COTTAGE!!

my husband and I were there for my brother in laws 50th birthday party at the marina. we absolutely loved this place, bed was comfy, the jacuzzi tub was relaxing. Perfect spot on the end!! definitely recommend!!

Comfy bungalow

We really enjoyed our stay in Steinhatchee. The bungalow is at the end of the street very quiet birds chirping. The outdoor patio is screened in and really enjoyable with four ceiling fans. The AC is ice cold and after a day on the river. was very welcoming. The bed is extremely Comfortable and clean. The only con l/had to step into a very large Jacuzzi type tub to use the shower there was no shower mat so could definitely be A fall risk for someone with mobility issues. Important to note The water heater for the residence Will not fill the Jacuzzi tub on one tank. You will have to wait for the water to heat up again to fill. This was not important to us! We were there for scalloping season and managed just fine. The property is very walkable down to the river where there’s a place you can keep your boat provided There is room ..very family-friendly! We will stay again!

Steinhatchee get-away

Honeymoon cottage is as described. Secluded and private- perfect for a weekend away. Unfortunately, the bed is notably worn and soft and the sheets were pilling. We both found it extremely uncomfortable- it is time for new sheets and for the bed to be replaced !! we were also disappointed with the water in the shower which has mediocre pressure, took a long time to heat and was never really "hot". After a long day on the water, comfort and hot water are essential! Overall the cottage is perfect for 2 and clean- just needs a couple upgrades

Great place to get away for the weekend! We come every year to Steinhatchee. This is our new place to stay. We got rescheduled from the hurricane and the host was great in working with us!

Perfect little get away

Charming serene cottage

Nice cottage in a pretty resort setting. Great bed, hot tub, and lanai. Quiet little town with lots of fishing opportunity.

Weekend Scalloping Trip

We had a great time staying at this cute little cottage! The owners were great to work with. The communication was excellent. There was an issue where the previous tenant took the pool key. Aren't hostworked hard to get us access to the pool and to mitigate the issue. Customer service was excellent! The directions on the listing Need to be updated, but the host provided a map and excellent directions via inbox. The community was awesome. We took advantage of the dock space and enjoyed our trip very much.

Fun Steinhatchee Getaway

Hope Cottage was cute and met our needs. It was a little hard to find in the dark. This cottage probably would not be good for families or elderly, especially because the shower is in a double-sized spa tub that does not have a step and is edged with sharp tile. I hit my knee getting in and out. Rain shower head has no pressure and handheld shower head sprays everywhere (no door). Bring your own shower gel (but they did have shampoo, conditioner and towels). The kitchen had pretty much everything, but bring your own laundry detergent if you want to do laundry. Those things aside, the cottage is well furnished and the resort is nice and has lots to do. The cottage is located close to multiple river accesses to get to scalloping quickly. We would stay here again.

Great Place!

Cosy cottage

Perfect place for a couple. This cottage is nicely furnished with everything you could want. It was clean, neat, nice linens etc. I would like to return when it’s cooler and use the lovely screened in porch.
