Détendez-vous au OCEAN BREEZE ... Nouvelle piscine prête pour 2018

Peut-être l'un des paramètres les plus paisibles et relaxants juste à l'est de Rose Mary Beach, Fl à Phillips Inlet. Les grandes terrasses spacieuses sur les deux niveaux ont beaucoup de meubles confortables pour passer vos journées à profiter de l'Ocean Breeze. Le premier niveau contient un grand gril pour les repas en famille. Le deuxième niveau offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe à travers les dunes naturelles. Ocean Breeze se trouve à seulement 3 lots à l'ouest de la zone de conservation du parc d'État Helen Camp. L'accès à la plage et le passage des dunes sont à environ 100 mètres à l'est. Vous trouverez ces plages très isolées avec beaucoup d'espace pour en profiter.

En face de l'Ocean Breeze, se trouve une grande zone de sable aménagée avec des chaises Adirondack et un foyer pour plus de temps en famille après une journée de détente autour de l'eau. Les maisons sont conçues pour accueillir de 8 à 10 personnes. Il a une chambre au premier étage avec un lit king et une salle de bain complète séparée. Un bain 1/2 est également au premier niveau. L'étage comprend 2 chambres supplémentaires. Considéré comme un maître, est un autre lit King avec sa propre salle de bain avec vue sur le lever du soleil oriental et vue directe sur le golfe. De nombreux clients aiment la douche extérieure privée juste à côté de la suite principale à cet étage. Au deuxième étage se trouve également une autre chambre qui contient un lit queen et un lit double qui est également un lit gigogne (3 lits au total). Cette chambre a également une vue directe sur le golfe. Une autre salle de bain au deuxième étage dispose d'une douche et d'un lavabo.

Il s'agit d'une location du samedi au samedi de mai à août. 5-7 nuits minimum.

L'emplacement de cette maison le rend proche de tous les restaurants 30A, magasins, attractions divertissantes et différentes. Pier Park est également à quelques kilomètres à l'est de PCB. Grande maison pour des promenades à vélo ou des promenades dans de nombreux établissements bien connus!

Wow, what a beautiful property!!! The children and adults loved the pool and it was a nice relaxing place to gather after a day at the beach. The home and decks were spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The beach was a short walk approximately a block to beautiful white sands and ocean breezes! Everything lovely!

Jennifer was wonderful to work with!! The heated pool was perfect! There is an additional 300 charge to have the pool heated, just FYI. I missed that in the beginning and with it being March we definitely needed the pool to be heated.Our stay was lovely! A wonderful stay! Our daughter was married at The Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach Florida. We booked this place after the Wedding for some much needed relaxing time. The pool was a must and the fee to heat it was worth every penny. As rain was in the forecast, having a covered patio was necessary. Both covered patios provided the extra comfort of being outside enjoying the outdoors. The kitchen was extraordinarily equipped for a Chef. There was absolutely everything you needed to cook a wonderful meal. The home was very clean. Lots of space for a family to enjoy. It lends itself to some fun family time to make lasting memories. The beach was a stones throw away . We took the chairs/umbrella (which were provided)and walked to the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful! You can enjoy walking for miles or simply take in the breathtaking view. Last but not least, Jennifer (the host) was very helpful and always replied promptly to our questions. She made it seamless!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property! The location was great on a quiet street. Plenty of room for all of us and the pool was an added bonus! The kids got good use out of the pool! We would definitely stay again!!

Awesome beach house

This house is recently remodeled And has a new saltwater pool which we all enjoyed. My favorite spot was sitting on the veranda enjoying the everconstant ocean breeze.

Great location

Great proximity to the beach walk-over! The heated pool was clutch for a cold front during spring break. Inlet Beach is so convenient for avoiding the traffic in Rosemary. Will def be back

The beach house is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The location of the home was perfect, across the street from the beach with easy access to the beach. The private pool was amazing. Communication with the owner was the best that I have ever encountered! I highly recommend booking this beach home for your next stay! My family and I will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Ocean Breeze. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possible need. We loved having dinner on the front deck. The pool was perfect and surrounded by palm trees. The location was the best!! See you next summer if not sooner!

We will be back!

We have stayed at several properties on our trips to 30A but this has been our favorite and we will be staying again! We had 4 adults and 3 kids under 10 and it was perfect! It’s a short walk to the beach entrance, so nice to have a pool and to leave kids floaties and toys, indoor and outdoor space was just enough! Owner was responsive for quick questions!

Amazing Beach Experience

Once in a while you get lucky and that’s what we experienced at Ocean Breeze. We made a reservation at another place and wanted to extend our stay and Ocean Breeze had a few open days between guests. The home was warm and very well appointed. The sunsets views off the multiple balconies were unforgettable and I can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time at Ocean Breeze! Jennifer was a very attentive owner and checked in with us to make sure check in was easy and to make sure nothing was needed (there wasn’t). The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, there were a ton of pots and pans for cooking our meals, the beds were amazing, and the pool was great to come back to after our morning at the beach. We love Inlet Beach and have stayed at other properties before, but we would re-book at Ocean Breeze in a heartbeat! I can’t say enough great things about the house and Jennifer.

Great week at a great location!

We stayed at Ocean Breeze over the week of July 4th. The property was clean and well appointed, the neighborhood felt safe and quite for being so close to 30a and West Panama City. Beach access is close, with two access points. One is a "flat walk" but busier access, and the other is over the dune bridge with lots of steps. The latter is the better beach in our opinion. The pool at the house was clean, although hot for our stay, as most are this time of year. Would recommend and would stay here again. Great property, management and owner!!!

Wonderful place!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. Pool was very nice and the walk to the beach was very convenient. Very quiet area other than the construction across the street but they were only there 7:00-3:30. The house was very roomy for our group of 11 and we had all the essentials to cook our meals and relax. My one recommendation would be to bring fans for the front porch in the afternoon. We had a slight breeze most days but it did get a little warm in the afternoon.

Great location

Great experience! We loved the easy beach access and quiet feel of inlet beach. Rented bikes for our 5 teenage boys to safely ride to Rosemary for nightly concerts. After staying more in Seacrest / Rosemary this was our favorite so far off 30 A. Clean and spacious property. Pool was used on the cooler days. Jennifer was very responsive and highly recommend this property! Would definitely book again. Some minor construction, but didn’t deter our vacation at all!

Family Vacation

We spent a week at this vacation home. We took our granddaughter, daughter and son in law. The house was a great size for us. Loved having the pool in the backyard, and the beach so close. The services in the area to rent baby equipment was impressive as well. The rental property staff was responsive to our needs. Small glitches, not even worth mentioning. Overall, we would go back!!

Perfect Beach House

100% recommend! The pool was incredible, you can see the ocean from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. So much outdoor seating! House was clean, spacious, and communication with the property manager was very quick and easy! The boardwalk for beach access is about 3 houses down, and is exactly a 5 minute walk. The beach was not crowded at all because all that surrounds you are beach houses. Would definitely return!

The house was very spacious with a nice, open floor plan — plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well stocked, and the pots and pans were much better quality than what you usually find in a rental home, which was a nice surprise!The pool area was fantastic, especially for our dog. It was completely fenced in and also had a good amount of green space with a wooded area where our dog could explore or go to the bathroom safely — all fenced in around the pool.The location was fantastic. We stayed in the same neighborhood two years ago and loved it. Unfortunately, this year there was quite a bit of nearby construction. Several new homes are going up, and we heard sawing, nail guns, and pounding almost every day — even on the weekends.Beach access, however, is excellent. The beach is still very private and quiet with very few people around, and the October weather was absolutely perfect.Overall, it’s a beautiful property in a great location — hopefully next time the construction will be finished so it’s as relaxing as it used to be!

Perfect Location!!

We loved this property! We have stayed in watersound previously and noticed it’s hard to find beach access as there is no parking in those areas. This was the best of everything! It was a 3 minute drive into Rosemary Beach and only 20 minutes to Seaside! We loved having the beach right across the street! If your traveling with children use the entrance to the beach that doesn’t have stairs it’s much easier! Having the pool was such a nice addition as well! Upon arrival I was greeted with such a cute 30A welcome gift bag with wine and goodies! There is construction across the street so not sure how much longer there will be a beach view but this location was still amazing! Inlet beach has such a cute shopping center that’s so pretty and lit up at night! The new paint and upgrades to furniture inside have such a nice 30A vibe! Would definitely book again!
