ITALY PERFECT ROME ANGELINA APARTMENT
Charm, amenities and views abound in this four-star apartment that is a two minute walk to the Spanish Steps.
We have to use superlatives when it comes to the lovely Angelina apartment in the heart of Rome. The roof top terrace and balcony allow you to enjoy the timeless views of the Eternal City. Everything has been considered for lifetime memories of Rome.
Concierge, driver and tour services.
The Spanish Steps location is so popular because it is very central. The graceful steps and the piazza are beautiful and usually bustling with visitors. From this location many of the important sites of Rome are within a 15 minute walking radius. Fine shops and restaurants abound in this district. Transportation is also easy from this home base. This street is closed to all but essential traffic; add the top floor location and street noise is not an issue.
“The location is excellent, we used the market down the street several times and we enjoyed our morning cappuccio at the cafe two doors down.”
A clean, marble-lined lobby leads right to a modern elevator that takes you to the top floor. There are no steps to get to the elevator or to the apartment. There is, however, a spiral staircase leading to the rooftop terrace.
Across the large living and dining area of the apartment are three French doors that open onto a full balcony with views of rooftops and the church across the street and you can look down into the street, too.
"Lots of sunshine through the many windows, lovely in the morning for breakfast."
If you need to keep connected, you will find a landline telephone as well as high speed internet for your computer. The living room is big enough for entertaining. It offers a sofa, a love seat and three arm chairs. The colors are quiet and rich. An oriental carpet echoes the reds in a large antique tapestry framed on the wall. Antique end tables, desk and chairs are upstaged by an impressive art deco cabinet. There are many fine pieces of art to appreciate. A corner cabinet hides a television set that has Satellite reception for English-language news. It also has a DVD player and a small selection of first-run movies (in Italian, but just put on English sub-titles).
The dining table seats four and is just outside the small but complete kitchen. In the kitchen modern cabinetry holds everything you need for cooking and serving. There is a large refrigerator/freezer, drip and Italian coffee makers, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove top and oven.
“The linens, dishes, and furniture are all excellent and enhance your stay. The photos on the website exactly represent the property.”
The balcony has a table and a series of terra cotta planters all along the outside of the rail. You can enjoy a view of the facade of S. Andrea delle Frate church across the street, the little piazza below with a newsstand and the parade of people traveling to and from Piazza di Spagna.
From the entryway, a narrow, spiral stair case rises sixteen steps to the private rooftop terrace. The terrace has a rush mat cover to reduce the heat of the sun and terra cotta pots with green and flowering plants depending on the season. It is open on three sides, the fourth being painted with a fresco of the Roman skyline. Why focus on the fresco, when the real thing is just beyond? You can see St Peter's dome, the Pantheon, the presidential palace, and the top of the spires on nearby Trinita di Monti church at the top of the Spanish Steps and more. A cafe table and four chairs are enough for all guests. Also, there is a stone sink and a small refrigerator. Keep your cocktail items where you need them!
“There is a divine patio at the top of a spiral staircase, where you will want to have wine in the evening while you enjoy the view of St Peter's and the birds over the skyline, or coffee in the early morning.”
The bedroom is well-sized, holding a queen sized bed, night stands, a television set and two closets. The en-suite bathroom is very nicely done offering a shower, toilet, bidet and a sink in marble. Next to the bathroom is a small room with more wonderful views. It houses the washing machine hidden inside a cabinet. It also contains a comfortable chair for a quiet place to read.
The sleeping loft is accessed by a pretty staircase that rises from the living room. There is just room for a French twin bed and cabinet on top of which is another television set. There is room to stand up and walk from one end of the bed to the other (i.e. the loft is larger than the bed itself). Hanging space is in a closet in the entry.
“The apartment was accurately advertised. extremely clean, well furnished and in a "to die for" location. no surprises.”
This apartment is available for a gracious appreciation of the Roman lifestyle, for gazing on timeless views and relaxing in elegance for memories of a lifetime.

This apartment is offered by Italy Perfect. We are a family business with a mission! We want you to love visiting Italy as much as we do. We are sisters Lisa and Pat Byrne who lived in Italy in our youth and now travel there frequently for business and pleasure.
We offer only short term rentals that we carefully hand pick for their locations, furnishings, amenities, and that we can personally recommend and would want to stay in ourselves. We travel frequently to inspect, and usually stay in, the rentals we represent. We select vacation rentals that offer charm, good locations, cleanliness, quality furnishings and hospitable welcomes. We count the number of steps up to the property, check the size of the refrigerator, shower, listen for noise, inventory the kitchen equipment and even inspect the mattresses. This is our most important point of differentiation which sets us apart from many other vacation rental firms. Even with careful advance research and personal connections, we still choose to not represent more than 50% of the properties we visit. And, once we agree to represent a property we regularly re-inspect it to ensure our standards are being met.

Very central location, easy to walk to most sights, close to public transportation, restaurants and shoppint
Angelina was a great place!
The apartment is comfortable and cozy and feels very safe and secure. The beds are great, and the shower, etc.
I cant say enough good things about the time I've had here. It has been wonderful for me in so many ways.
Looking forward to next year already. Thanks again for all your help and kindness. The trip was just what I needed, and it was GREAT to be in the center of things in Rome. I learned so much.
This was our first experience with Italy Perfect.
We found this apartment, Angelina, on their website.. We felt a week in Rome would be a great start to an extended trip in Italy. We now feel that one or two months in a row would still not suffice. This apartment is perfect for us, a couple. It's location ideal, the unit itself very well appointed and accurately described on the line. The unit had everything one would need and was very typical of the European apartment. We would hope to use this same apartment for future visits. Having used other vacation rental products in the past we felt this organization was much more on top of the details helping us have a perfect stay. Take time to do the research on their website or speak with them - they are a wealth of knowledge.
The apartment was exactly as described. We loved staying right in the middle of Rome in a true Italy apartment. Walk out your door to amazing restaurants...shops...Spanish Steps..taxis.. Perfect location and lovely apartment. A wealth of information was given prior to arrival for anything you would need on your vacation in Rome.
My wife and I spent five nights at the Angelina apartment and had a fantastic stay. The location is ideal, in a small street on the sixth level (with elevator) just two minute walk to the Spanish Steps with many restaurants and cafes in close proximity. There is a brilliant gelateria just across the road from the apartment.
The apartment is in a perfect location to explore all the main sights on foot, which we did, but also easy access to the Metro stop Spagna at the Spanish Steps and bus hub at San Claudio which we also used.
The apartment itself is lovely with plenty of room for two people with comfortable lounges and very comfortable bed. The is also a balcony for sitting outside with a glass or two of local wine and soaking up the local atmosphere. A bonus is the upstairs terrace with views to St Peter's Basilica. My wife and I spent several evenings on the terrace watching the sun set relaxing after a big day exploring the city.
I also have to mention our greeter Elvie who was so helpful and accommodating in meeting us, having the apartment looking great and explaining how everything worked in the apartment to make our stay hassle free.
Couldn't wish for a better location or apartment to explore or relax in Rome.
Everything was magical about this experience. I travelled to Rome with my mother and we LOVED Apartment Angelina. The central location was superb and safe - we walked absolutely everywhere. Being up on the top floor, the street hubbub and activity bothered us not a jot - and the elevator was a luxury. Returning after a day of sightseeing Angelina was our sanctuary with every amenity we could need. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom well appointed and plenty of space to relax. Both terraces were fun places to sit and the goodies bought from the very convenient supermarket. We got a warm welcome with a few essentials in the fridge and everything was terrific. Thank you Apartment Angelina for a wonderful week with memories to treasure.
The apartment is lovely. It is in a central location and has everything you need! Perfect for a couple alone or with a child or one guest. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a great visit in Rome. The kitchen was perfect for breakfast and making simple meals and snacks after touring the city. The terraces were a fun way to watch the neighborhood and understand your surroundings.
We absolutely love this apartment and working with Italy Perfect. We chose this location based on detailed advice from Italy Perfect on our needs and desires, and it fit perfectly 2 years ago, and fit perfectly now. The location cannot be beat. Walking distance to just about all major sites. And a delightful neighborhood with restaurants, grocery store, supermarket, stores nearby. While it is busy with people, the apartment was never noisy. We loved sitting on the little terrace reading, drinking Proseco, and watching the Roman world go by. The apartment itself is truly lovely and thoughtfully designed, furnished, and supplied. The greeter was prompt, informative, and helpful. We were two people, so didn't use the loft. I should mention that the kitchen is very small, but really has everything you need (we only used it for breakfasts). I would without hesitation recommend this apartment, and Italy Perfect, to a friend, and in fact to anyone. Can't wait to go back!
