Villa PARADISE by Abahana Villas

NICE VILLA IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) FOR HOLIDAY RENTAL, ideal for up to 6 people with a private pool and only 20 mins walk to stunning beaches.



DISTRIBUTION: From the spacious driveway take the sloping path to the garden gate and onto the elevated terrace/outdoor kitchen/seating and dining area, which overlooks the pool. The spacious sitting room has comfortable sofas, a wood burning stove, dining area and fully retractable doors revealing views of palms and the mountains beyond. On that level we'll find two beautiful bedrooms, one with king size bed and the same views as the sitting room and another one with two single beds. Also on this floor there is a separate, compact kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood and microwave, ideal for holiday living. A bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. On the lower level there is an independent studio with a small kitchenette and a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with another hydro-massage shower. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.



EXTERIOR: The 800 m semi-secluded grounds have ample terraces around the pool for sunbathing, lounging or dining.



SITUATION: 5 mins drive from the town of Calpe and approx. 20 mins walk to the fabulous Levante beach or Las Basetes sports harbour – with a stunning cliff top walk between the two.



OTHER: Free WIFI, wheelchair access to upper terrace and main living areas, well behaved pets welcome. Air conditioning in the living room, a bedroom and the apartment.

Not pet secure

I need to inform you that the front area next to the driveway is only enclosed by a light hedge between the neighbors. Also In the back pool area the gate to the pool cleaning equipment is not able to be securely closed and that area also is open to the neighbor's property. Our dog got through to the neighbor's property and left through his open gate. After a very stressful search, we thankfully found him way down by the park. I do not want any other family with pets to go through what we went through, so please update your information and listing of the property. The property was also very run down and filthy. We left early as we could not stay any longer.
