We have a beautiful 1600sf 3bedroom 2 bath condo for vacation rental. IF YOU HAVE A LARGE PARTY OR NEED 2 CONDOS, I ALSO OWN THE UNIT NEXT DOOR TO THIS ONE. (VRBO Listing # 766033)
We have it priced comparable to many 2 bedrooms but it is actually a 3 BR. SUPER DEAL!
It is set up with a king size bed and 4 twins. We do allow 8 people but the extras would have to sleep on the couch.
It has a beautiful large kitchen and living room. This condo has hardwood floors throughout, and stainless steel kitchen appliances. There is a semi private pool steps from your balcony. The condo overlooks #13 green on Pine Hills Golf Course. It is 1.2 miles from the beach (and public parking with beach access) Broadway at the Beach is a mile away, and all the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife that makes Myrtle Beach the perfect vacation spot! You can sit on your balcony after a day at the course or beach and watch the golfers go by. Nightly and weekly rates available.. 50" TV in the living room, 32" TV's in each bedroom.
Myrtlewoods is always in great shape and a prime location.
*Buses, motorcycles, RV's, boats and trailers are not permitted by HOA regulations.
*Violation of the no-smoking/ no-pet policies will result in forfeiture of the security deposit as well as extra cleaning fees.

This property is in immaculate condition. The bedroom suits are brand new. The heat and air is brand new. Upgraded stainless steel appliances, Hardwood floors throughout. It is the best location in Myrtlewoods. It is right on top of the biggest pool.

Had a great time. Condo had plenty of space for our family. Was well kept and clean. Close to shopping, attractions and beaches. The grounds and pool were also well kept. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with owners was awesome. Quick replies and answered all our questions. Thanks again Jamie!

Plenty of space for a family of 5. The condo is very clean and well supplied for your stay. It's also very close to tons of attraction. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

Very nice, updated 3 bedroom in a great location!
Our group of 6 had plenty of space to get around in this spacious condo. The updated condo was very clean and accommodating for our family. There were plenty of towels and kitchen ware. We were left with a couple roles of paper towel and toilet paper to start, along with dishwasher pods, trash bags, and cleaning supplies. We have stayed in many rentals, and were very pleased with our experience. We enjoyed having a glass of wine on the deck, overlooking the golf course and well maintained pool. There is no carpet FYI, which I loved because I hate carpet in rentals. The beds were quite comfortable as well. As a heads up because this is a newer rental, bring your own spices etc...although we did donate our salt and pepper :) Also, there are no wine glasses or hair dryers. We were left with a good amount of bars of soap, shampo, and conditioner. Overall experience was very positive.

I am coming up from Atlanta Labor Day weekend and I will make sure to follow up on the constructive criticism you left us. We had hair dryers, but they must have grew legs. LOL. The spices and salt is a no brainer and I will get the kitchen stocked with these for our next guest.

House had old abandon smell
House smell like old abandone home. Half roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom. No cooking spices (salt, pepper, sugar...). No cleaning supplies/trash bag any where. Maybe we were just spoil by other vacation rental homes from the past.
It is very unfortunate that you left us a one star review. We live in Atlanta, and have had nothing but praise with our cleaning company. If they didn't leave toilet paper, I apologize and will let them know.
As far as the smell, this condo is immaculate. The previous owner was allergic to carpet, and the entire condo has new hardwoods throughout, new paint, and brand new stainless steel appliances., and brand new HVAC. It does not smell
Let me start by asking potential renters to read my other reviews for this property, and my two other properties. Listing 766033 and 859928. I have nothing but great reviews and take pride in getting them. I own the unit next door to this one, (Unit # 766033) and was in route to stay in it when my cleaning company called and said this guest was not out at 10am when they came to clean it . I had sent them the check in / check out time prior to their arrival. I called them and let them know that my cleaning company would have to leave and come back. At 1130am, I arrived to stay at the other condo. They were just loading to leave at this time. I told them I would keep part of their deposit, for the extra charge my cleaning company would charge. I went ahead and cleaned it myself. And DID NOT KEEP ANY OF THEIR DEPOSIT. (and notified them , and immediately refunded it) The condo was left extremely dirty and trash piled everywhere. Plenty of trash bags were in the condo for use. I say all this not to "even the score" But 100% believe this review was left in spite because of me having to make them leave. If the condo was worthy of a 1 star review, why did you not mention any of your complaints when I texted you to ask if everything was ok when you checked in? AND -- Why did you feel the need to stay an extra 90 minutes when it was time to leave? For anyone who reads this negative review, PLEASE read the previous review, and my other reviews, and realize that my condos are kept in top condition. Do not hesitate to give myself or my wife a call.
