Kein Schnickschnack, aber schön!

Giulias Haus bietet keinen Luxus, aber alles, was notwendig ist, um einen schönen Urlaub verbringen zu können. Da ich im Oktober dort war, standen die umgebenden Häuser großenteils leer und ich konnte ländliche Ruhe mit Vogelgesang, Spatzengezwitscher und Schafsglöckchengebimmel genießen, obwohl der erste schöne Strand nur in kurzer Fahrradfahrentfernung liegt. Auch das nette Gärtchen mit seinen Frucht- und Zierbäumchen tat mir sehr gut. Giulia selbst habe ich zwar nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber die Kommunikation mit ihr und ihrem Partner hat problemlos geklappt und verlief stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Une location avec du potentiel....mais !

Commençons par les points positifs: Notre interlocuteur sur place "Paulo" est très réactif et répond rapidement aux sollicitations. Merci à lui ! La climatisation fonctionne très bien La situation géographique est idéale pour visiter les plages Le Wifi fonctionne correctement, tout en sachant qu'une limitation peut exister Viennent maintenant les points négatifs: Ça commence dès l'entrée; en effet on a peur de casser la porte d'entrée vitrée à chaque fois qu'on l'ouvre ou la ferme (le bas de la porte frotte fortement contre le cadre de porte) Pièce de vie: L'éclairage de la pièce de vie est insuffisant Les peintures des murs sont sérieusement écaillées (ce qui est valable pour toutes les pièces du rez-de-chaussée) Je ne donne pas beaucoup de temps au meuble au-dessus de l’évier avant de s’effondrer La vaisselle est à changer intégralement ( fait de bric et broc) L'évier de la cuisine peine à se vider. L’accès au sous-sol via l’escalier en colimaçon est très étroit Chambre rez-de-chaussée: Le lit donne le mal de mer (il bouge latéralement). L'armoire n'a plus de porte et est abimée Le logement dispose de 2 salles de douche, enfin disons plutôt une, car celle du rez-de-chaussée est inutilisable. La douche en mauvais état est adaptée pour les personnes de très petite taille (j’estime l’ouverture à environ 35 cm !) La robinetterie de la douche est très très dure à utiliser, on a peur de la casser à chaque manipulation ! Le lavabo bouché peine à se vider L’armoire de toilette ne semble pas raccordée à l’électricité ; apparemment l’interrupteur est cassé Mauvaises odeurs en lien sans doute avec les problèmes d'écoulement du lavabo. Le salle de bain du sous-sol est plus agréable, mais sans doute non terminée : il reste des fils électriques non branchés qui sortent d’une gaine (même s’ils font une boucle pour retourner dans cette gaine), la sortie du conduit de VMC est à nue. Une ampoule pend au bout de fils électriques (je ne connais pas les normes italiennes en terme de sécurité électrique, mais bon…) Environnement: L'hôtel Zagare situé juste à côté est bruyant (musique)

L'esperienza è stata molto positiva..la consiglierei a chi ha la macchina o la bici perché andare in centro a piedi non è molto sicuro visto che bisogna passare dalla superstrada. Per quanto riguarda il mare è possibile arrivare alla spiaggia di Campus Beach in circa 10-15 minuti a piedi. La casa è luminosa e accogliente,i servizi elencati rispettavano la descrizione del sito. La proprietaria e il ragazzo che si è occupato del nostro check in sono super disponibili e gentili.

Urlaub 2021 September

Die Lage ist perfekt, an kann alle Strände in wenigen Minuten erreichen.Wir hatten drei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen. Das ist schön etwas älter und könnte mak wieder einen Anstrich gebrauchen. In der Küche fehlt es an einigen Utensilien sowie sollte dich mal komplettes Geschirr erneuert werden. Es waren nur 4 Tassen vorhanden und die waren auch noch zusammen gewürfelt Oben das Bad ist schon etwas älter und es roch aus dem Kulis die haben wir dann mit ei er Tüte befestigt damit der Geruch nicht so intensiv zu riechen war. Der Garten könnte mal mit ei guten Blumen verschönert werden Paolo möchten wir danken das er bei i der Hinreise zum Objekt jeder Zeit uns zur Seite stand.

Una bella vacanza a villasimius

La casa è comoda e ben attrezzata, in una zona tranquilla. Bello il giardino esterno recintato, soprattutto per chi ha bimbi piccoli. Noi abbiamo sempre mangiato all’aperto. Raggiungibile a piedi una spiaggia bella e poco affollata.

Gute Lage und schönes Haus.

Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und im Haus findet man alles was man benötigt, hat viel Platz und hat einen schönen Garten.
