"Paradise Bay 4 (Salzes 4) in front of the beach of Alcudia is a cosy flat for couples and families who want to relax in a quiet area with spectacular and romantic views. In addition, this flat is a perfect choice for families with children who want to be close to a safe and beautiful beach with many leisure options and attractions for children.
Inside there are three bright bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed of 150 cm x 190 cm and air conditioning, the second bedroom with two double beds of 90 cm x 190 cm and the third bedroom has a bunk bed).
The flat also has two complete bathrooms, a bright living room with a sofa, air conditioning in the dining area for six people, a fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular terrace looking directly onto the beach and the most beautiful pine path of Puerto de Alcudia. The flat also has a safe.
The flat is located on the longest beach of Mallorca (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is only a few steps away from the flat. From there you can walk to the marina, the Marina, the hotel area ... everything is accessible from the beach path.
There you can enjoy all kinds of sport activities like windsurfing, paddle surfing, sailing, glass bottom boats, scuba diving.... And there are also restaurants, cafes, boutiques ... and for the children there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions ... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics or pharmacies.
You can also visit the historical buildings of the roman city of Pollentia, the roman theatre or the medieval city wall of Alcudia.

Fabulous location and very easy and flexible company to deal with.

Flexibility regarding early access as we had a small child with us. Cleaners and agent were brilliant and very local. Beds could be more comfortable but okay with a couple of duvets on mattress. Everything else was perfect
