The property is located in an ideal location for children, at a distance of 4 km from the centre of Alcúdia, less than 2 km away you will find bars, cafes, bicycle rental, supermarkets and restaurants among others. We recommend the restaurant Bistro 1909 and Miramar, as well as the supermarkets Mercadona, Müller and Lidl, all within 2 km distance.



The villa has a wide range of facilities and services to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests can enjoy the spacious terrace, with plenty of place to sit and relax, either on the rocking chair or on the sun loungers. They can dine on the covered terrace with stunning sea views.



On entering, we find the living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa, TV and a large dining table. Next, there is the kitchen, fully equipped with breakfast table, toaster, microwave, juicer, kitchenware and cooker among other things. Everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals in comfort during your holiday.



The house has 4 large bedrooms, each with a double bed and 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.

Less than 2 kilometres away you will reach Puerto de Alcúdia, where you will find one of the most famous beaches of Mallorca, the white sandy beach of Puerto de Alcúdia. Less than 2 kilometres away you will also find Puerto de Pollença, with crystal clear waters and a relaxed atmosphere.
