Look no further, 123 Georgia Ruth has all you need for your beach getaway! Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms, this home accommodates up too 12 people comfortably! The house is tastefully furnished with island decor and offers a spacious living area for all guests to enjoy. This home encompasses three floors. The first floor entails the entry way to the house, garage, and a bedroom, which is located behind the garage next to the pool area. The second floor entails two spacious bedrooms, a living area, dining area, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate our guests' cooking needs! The third floor consists of an oversized open master bedroom.

The backyard of this home is a tropical paradise offering a private pool and hot tub. It's the perfect area for guests to relax while on vacation!

123 E. Georgia Ruth is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, offering guests easy access to South Padre Island's white sandy beaches!

Great time and communication

Check in was easy, communication through the stay was exceptional. There were some inconveniences', but SPI took care of them right away. Leo was responsive and followed up to ensure the fixes were done as expected. This made the stay much less stressful and enjoyable. Would stay through SPI again.

Perfect location and great fit for our family

The house was a great fit for our family. If you are looking at this location please be mindful that the room with the bunks is NOT actually inside the house. It is a bottom floor room between the garage and the outdoor patio. The location is perfectly located as we were able to walk to the beach. There is a small grocery store at the end of the block for any essentials.

Walkable location

We had a great time. House is about a block away from the beach. Walking distance to the Island Market grocery/convenience store, Cafe Karma coffee shop, and Breaking Bread Burrito Express. Ground floor is garage, and a separate not as nice bedroom with bunk beds and a queen bed with a toilet. 2nd story is Kitchen, living room/dining area. 2 queen bedrooms with full bathroom in the middle of rooms.3rd story is large master room, with a king bed and a smaller bed with large bathroom with full tub and a walk in shower.

Overall, our sray was great! Home is beautiful, but has outdated furniture and carpet in the bedroom. Also needs lighting in the backyard. However, private pool is awesome!

Very beautiful home!

The house was huge and very lovely, had everything i needed in the kitchen which was awesome. The only thing was the master suite restroom sink was clogged. Other than that overall stay was great! Will be staying here again!

Amazing Home

Great service and communication and beautiful spacious home . Only downside was the see through blinds in the leaving room area and missing blinds on the sliding door , better blinds would help with better privacy. Besides that everything was perfect and clean ! Greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub area !

Another Great Trip on SPI

A fabulous location !!! The AC had issues and SPI Rentals had it replaced the next day. Pool is huge - but has to be cleaned often. Carpets are supposed to be cleaned soon. Location location Location. Entrance to the beach is at the end of the block - like 50yds !!

Excellent

Great house! Plenty of space for our group of six and a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. We had everything needed, although a bit of updating (upstairs carpet, front door lock sticks, etc.) would have enhanced the stay even more. Nice heated pool and hot tub were an enjoyable ending to the days of sun, beach and ocean. SPI Rentals always has superior customer service. Easy, reliable and efficient. Thank you for another wonderful trip to South Padre Island!

South Padre stay

Pool and hot tub were the best part of the house. There were a few more utensils that could of been supplied and some beach towels would of been great to have at the house. Railing on the deck was failing apart and not safe. Other than that, house was great and worked well for our family of 8.

Awful Experience - Do NOT Stay Here

Pool was filthy, animal bones found in back yard and one of the bedrooms was a building site, covered in concrete dust which had been trodden into the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting property which ruined our visit to South Padre Island.

Some Comments

We had a great time, the property is very nice. Just a few comments. When we arrived our first impression was a bunch of trash in the entrance (outside the trash can). There were several details that showed us a poor cleaning. (Ketchup stain in a kitchen drawer, white stains in a black sofa, white stains in the bed cover, one bed had teared sheets on) It is not a cheap property, you pay a high rate for housekeeping and you expect more.
