For you, we have 4 Master Suites with en-suite bathrooms, a private heated pool and hot tub, multiple private balconies, a stunning 4th floor Ocean view, a game table, ocean views from multiple rooms, spacious gathering areas, and luxurious outdoor seating. Smart TVs with WIFI in ALL BEDROOMS!! Theater room: It can seat 8+ people. Large TV with surround sound. Features a WIFI Blue-ray player with internet access to sign into your Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu accounts.

Bed 1- Bunk Room: The 3rd story KIDS BUNK ROOM gives the kids their own separate space. The bunk beds are built in. There are (2) twin over twins and (2) twin over fulls. We can sleep 10 in this area. There is a large 55" SMART TV so they can play video games on the X Box 360, Watch movies, and large play area with a foosball table where they can make memories of a lifetime. Each bunk bed has a light and plug to charge electronic devices—excellent WIFI reception in this space. We have several toys and books in this area as well.

Green Bedroom Master Suite:

Bed 2-First floor Green Master Suite has a comfy king bed and a separate area with a small bunk bed for those little ones who need to stay closer to mom and dad. This room is also large enough to have a pack-n-play as well—a large WIFI Smart TV in this room. The door to this room is wide enough for a wheelchair. There is also a recliner in this room. The spacious bathroom with a shower/ tub combo and separated double vanity provides two spaces for getting ready.

Bed 3-Turtle Master Suite:

Turtle Master suite on the second floor features a comfy king-size bed with a Large WIFI smart TV. The beautiful custom rock shower, Jacuzzi tub, and double vanity will make you feel like you are in a 5-star resort. This room also has a large private balcony with a hammock and comfortable seating including AMAZING ocean views, sunrises, and a front-row seat to the firework displays.

Bed 4-Teal Ocean view Master Suite:

The Teal Ocean view Suite on the 2nd floor provides comfy seating for reading by the window, a king bed, and direct ocean views. It also has a WIFI Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a shower/ tub combo. Close access to the balcony.

Bed 5-Coral Bedroom:

The coral bedroom on the second floor has a firm king bed with a large WIFI Smart TV. There is also very close access to the balcony. It has a door from bedroom to the bathroom that is shared with the hall. It's a shower/ tub combo and beautifully decorated.

Bed 6- Theater Room with seating for 8 and a Queen-size pull-out couch. There is a 75-inch Smart TV and surround sound with a DVD player.

Also on the 2nd floor is a second balcony with a beach bed and other seating. This balcony also has a partial beach view.

Backyard: Walk directly to the beach in approx. 100 steps! Relax in the OUTDOOR OASIS with the heated pool and spa with color-changing LED lights. Many outdoor lounging areas for everyone to enjoy. We have large comfy sun loungers in our sandy area that are perfect for getting that dark beach tan. We have an outdoor shower to get all the sand away with many hooks to hang all your suits and towels. GUYS, you won't believe the top-of-the-line Stainless Steel Gas grill!!!! You are sure to become a master griller with this one. All the doors leading out to the pool have high child safety locks and door alarms that can be turned on when needed.

First floor Living Room: The living room with abundant natural light has a 55" WIFI Smart TV and plenty of seating to accommodate 8-10 persons.

3rd-floor living room: Floor-to-ceiling views of the island and ocean. The couches have a Queen pull-out bed. This room doesn't have a door.

Kitchen: LARGE kitchen complete with ice machine. We have all the needed kitchen utensils. We have a 12-cup standard coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. We have a blender, crock pot, griddle, double oven, large pots and pans, kids' dishes, wine glasses, coffee cups, baking dishes, muffin pans, and many many more. Our custom LARGE DINING table seats 12 comfortably. We also have seating for 3 at the bar. The table outside seats 6. There is plenty of seating for everyone. We also have 2 large washer and dryer sets that are for guest use. You must provide your laundry detergent. We have MANY PARKING SPACES. We have a 2-car garage (full of gold cart, beach toys and bike and a driveway for 4 vehicles. *Please note* There is a city ordinance that states you can’t block the sidewalk with your cars, even in the driveway. So please make sure to pull your cars up so that the sidewalk isn’t blocked. Several parking spots in front of the house are public parking spaces.

What's provided:

Bathing towels, beach towels, bed linens, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and beach gear are listed below. Many BEACH ACCESSORIES are provided. We have a wagon to hold the many beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and metal stakes. We also have LOTS of shovels, buckets, and sand molds for the kids. We have a couple of different-sized life jackets, two ice chests, and numerous noodles too.

Neighborhood: We are close enough to walk to several restaurants and shops. Some restaurants/ bars that are close by are: Daddy's, Lobo del Mar, Subway, Red Mango, Lobo del Mar, & Longboard.

**Please note**: All of the island is electric and natural gas heating are not available. Our pool and hot tub are heated by an electric heat pump and heat pumps do not work well when the outside temperature is below 50 degrees. We installed a backup propane heater for the months when it gets below 50. If you are wanting the pool heated in January or February there will be an additional $35 per day charge to keep it at 82 degrees. The hot tub will be heated at no additional charge. I am available by phone at all times. We have a team of people locally if the problem can't be resolved remotely.

It's more than just a beach, it's filled with history, ecotourism at the Sea Turtle rescue, surf lessons, fishing, some of the best sandcastle building in the world, and full of Southern hospitality. There is a free bus system called the Wave, but I highly recommend renting a car for getting around.
