The residence boasts a huge outdoor pool, all year round heated jacuzzi, private balconies or terraces, enticing lake views, ample secure private parking and above all, the perfect haven to relax your batteries whilst embracing a little dolce vita!

The living room consists of a wide screen TV, satellite TV with selected English speaking channels plus DVD with a selection of films for young and old! Large leather sofa.

2 Double bedrooms, twin bedroom plus sofabed, the home sleeps 8 guests in total.

Great stay, charming host.

We booked this home as part of a family celebration on the lake and the home certainly measured up to all our expectations. Lovely position, quiet and serene with a view of the lakes and mountains that has to be seen to be believed. I cannot speak highly enough of the residence, the home, the pool, the jacuzzi were all spot on. Despite the home being so tranquil in 10 minutes by foot we could be in the village, on a ferry, on the lake or sunbathing in the park. Highlights locally include Joosts wine bar with over 300 wines to chose from, we still had several more to sample by the time we left and our favourite restaurant in the Hills, Fagurida, by far the most authentic and best value in Tremezzo. I would return in a heart beat.

By staying here with us we can recommend where to eat with the locals, hire a boat at the most competitive cost, show you the hidden places with the locals shop from finding the freshest baked bread to the best markets to the trattoria's where the Italian's dine away from the tourists or the very best bar's where the tastiest snacks keep coming with the drink's! If you need to hire a scooter or cycle, find the best hiking routes, or pathways around the lake for scenic walks we will point you in the right direction.

The residence is nestled within beautiful fauna and flora offering an oasis of tranquility. The lake and mountain and views speak for themselves. The home affords spacious living inside and out. Secure off road parking and just a short walk down to all amenities from restaurants and bars and the pretty village of Tremezzo with all amenities from two ferry stops, a park, the famous Villa Carlotta and the 5 star The Grand hotel. Afternoon tea anyone?
The property is ideally located to offer a peaceful, relaxing stay yet close enough to reach all amenities in the village from the park and pizzeria to the ferry stop and lake to dive in and cool off in.

The residence is brand new boasting a spacious and modern with quality fixtures and fittings at every time. Returning guests love the huge outdoor pool and spa facility. Not to mention THAT view!
The home is close enough to reach to all amenities yet burrowed away from the lake front so you are located away from the main road and can enjoy a truly peaceful Lake Como experience.
It is little wonder we received so many requests to return. Just a short walk down to the lake front you will find a whole host of bars, and restaurants, two ferry stops.
