Nice centrally located apartment with communal pool and Wi-fi

This apartment is situated west end of Puerto del Carmen, ten minutes walk from fishing harbour and sandy resort beaches. Two minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants, five minutes from Biosphere shopping Mall. Sleeps four ( 2 adults +2 children recommended )The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It consists of two twin bedroom, one of them for children with a bunk bed ( not recommended for adults) . A cot can be supplied at no extra cost . The living room includes satellite TV with International channels and a fire TV stick. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the usual facilities including oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board. There is also washing machine for guests to use. All linen is supplied and there is a change of bed linen and towels for stays over 9 days.
Outside sees a large terrace area, ideal for sunbathing, plus the property has a small balcony. The pool is situated across Los Sabandeños street and accessed by a code. Each apartment has its own sunbeds

We had a lovely time in lanzarote, the apartment is spacious, clean and had enough towels to last a month well situated within a central location, well worth a visit and thank you Teresa for making our visit so nice over the xmas

Nice little apartment no far from old town

This apartment is located about 10mins from old town, and the main beach area (different route). It is located on a quiet road with outdoor space. The pool is across the road in a quiet development accessed by a code, which is really nice. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk almost underneath the apartment, and an Lidl supermarket about 400m away. The apartment has a rear balcony that overlooks a fairly busy road.

Fijn verblijf

Allereerst pluspunten voor de host, een ontzettend aardige vrouw die snel reageert op berichten en met veel fijne tips kwam voor uitstapjes en restaurants. Een ruim huis voor met zn tweeën. Fijne badkamer. Slaapkamer aan de balkonkant wel erg warm omdat deze de hele dag in de zon ligt. Huis was bij aankomst wel wat stoffig en bank zat vol met haren. Het was ons vanuit de advertentie niet duidelijk dat het huisje niet rechtstreeks aan het zwembad lag. Je moet hiervoor de weg oversteken een heel klein stukje lopen en dan kom je via een poort bij het binnenterrein met een fijn ruim zwembad.

Excellent accueil, bien situé et d'une grande propreté.

Teresa sait accueillir ces hôtes avec convivialité et chaleur. La maison est agréable et bien située, il n'y a pas de problème pour se garer à proximité.Une femme de ménage vient dans la semaine ce qui garantit un bon entretien . Le seul petit bémol tient à la configuration de la deuxième chambre qui donne dans le salon .

I took my neice`s two teenage children on holiday & they thoroughly enjoyed themselves with plenty to do during the day and night leaving myself to do the things I wanted to do during the day. We also found the shops and restaurants in abundance within a short distance of the apartment

Lovely 2 Bedroom Apartment.

We have been going to this apartment for the last five years. It has good facilities and is very clean, comfortable and well maintained It is in a very quiet and peacefull area. The owner Teresa is always available should anything be required, she offers good customer service. For us as an elderly couple the location of the apartment is excellent, with a supermarket and several bars and restaurants on the door step. Everything you require is within walking distance. There is access to a lovely sheltered private pool with sun loungers just across the road from the apartment. We have booked to return in 2011. We would not hesitate in recommending this apartment for a lovely quiet relaxing holiday.
