Are you cold yet? Come to sunny Naples where the average winter temperature is 75 degrees! Enjoy this beautiful custom built estate home in a prestigious gated community of Twin Eagles. The Home is located on a 5-acre lot with 4800 square foot of living space under air. 4 bedrooms, Den, 5 full bathrooms, 2 utility rooms, formal living room with a wet bar, dining room and a great room with a fireplace. A special feature is the additional 550 square foot family room with a full-size refrigerator and kitchenette, ideal for hosting extended house guests. Front of the house overlooks a beautiful lake with 2 water fountains. Back of the house has 1000 sq. foot of covered lanai overlooking Expansive Golf Course Views of the Six Hole Designed by Jack Nicklaus and his son. There is no pool on this property so you don’t have to worry about paying high heating bill or extra pool maintenance fee. There is a heated pool overlooking a beautiful lake at the club for you and your family to enjoy. There is a non-refundable pet fee per pet required. At least ONE MONTH stay required. Annual rental is available at a discounted rate. Please contact the host.

Sports membership transfer fee paid by the tenant. Sports membership includes the prestigious club, beautiful pool overlooking the lake, Tiki bar/ restaurant, tennis, BRAND NEW pickleball courts and a state-of-the-art fitness center. GOLF IS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM 4/15 - 11/15.

Current sports membership transfer fee is $1445 per household. $150 background/credit check per person.

Amazing stay

What a beautiful home! And wonderful hosts.. They were very responsive and made everything seamless for us. the home had everything we needed for our stay. The amenities at the club house were awesome. We enjoyed many days at the pool and the live music at the tiki bar. The main dinning area is stunning. The food was great. It was a perfect place tot relax and enjoy our family. we will be back!

The house was clean and had all we needed (lots of towels . linens etc.) The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Plenty of room for our family and the twin eagles property and facilities were great. We really enjoyed our stay

A truly beautiful home with everything there that you need. Property owner is easy to reach, good communication and aims to please. Our guests raved about the place. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor rest next to the community pool. Hoping to come back next year.

Very nice home in an upscale community

We stayed at this property for the months in January & February. The home is very nice and has lots of room for a big family like ours. We just loved sitting out on the big lanai in the morning watching the beautiful scenery as the sun comes up. The back yard is huge with lots of palm trees and a very nice golf course coming right by you. We watched the PGA pros go by during the Chubb Classic Tournament. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and all the towels were new when we arrived. The Home was clean and tidy upon arrival. The owners Jim and Kia - Ai where good the deal with thru the booking process and during our stay. The community pool and tiki hut were lots of fun with really good food and warm water in the pool for the cool days in January. Also enjoyed ping pong and working out at the gym. We really had lots of fun and would rent again.

Resort-style living in great home and beautiful gated community--we felt spoiled!

This wonderful LARGE home in the upscale Twin Eagles golf community proved to be much more than what we expected. It was not only a place to stay but provided a comfortable lifestyle for us and our guests. The pictures online is exactly what you see when you arrive—both outside and inside. They don’t depict however, the size of this 5,000 sq. ft. house, plus the large, comfortable lanai area. The floorplan worked perfect for us and our guests. The master suite is on the left side of the house, providing complete privacy. The kitchen and family room is in the middle, along with access to the lanai, which was a relaxing place for viewing the sunrise and sipping coffee in the morning. The right wing of the home provided plenty of room for our family and other guests that came and went during the month of March. It has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a laundry room and an additional television/family room at the end of the hall (which also has a kitchen and bar incorporated into it). Besides the expansive home itself, we were treated as social members of the wonderful Twin Eagles Country Club. We took full advantage of the state-of-the-art workout facility, beautifully landscaped pool area and Tiki Bar which adjoined the pool. The water was heated and the pool was never really busy even though this was prime season. The food there, as well as at the Club itself, was very good and quite reasonable. We communicated with the owners, James and Kai-ai, by both email and telephone. They were friendly and provided us with information about the beach areas near Naples, answered all our questions, concerns, and was open to a few minor suggestions we made at their request. Overall, we loved everything about our stay in this community and hope to return to this home again the future.
