One of the best 1br units at Phoenix V!!



This Phoenix V condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple with a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. Three tennis courts await you outside. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you are bbq-ing.



Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. Also, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



Our condo was recently renovated with new granite countertops, new custom cabinets, new living room furniture and tile throughout. We think its one of a kind at Phoenix V!!



Our condo is located in the center of the building on the 6th floor, not a far walk from the elevators. Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! We also have two 2BR and another 1BR unit on the same floor should you need more than one condo!



!!!!! SPLASH PAD & WATER PARK !!!!!



Your kids are now able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.



Parking: You must purchase your parking pass upon arrival, it is a one time fee of $50 per vehicle. Any 1br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase one parking pass, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Overall, very clean and close to everything. Great view overlooking the beach! My only complaints would be multiple outlets in living room and next to the bed were inoperable (loose/or don’t work at all), the bed was not comfortable/squeaky, shower head loose, need a new shower curtain, toilet loose/rocks.

Fantastic stay

The condo, was just as advertised very clean. The bed was very comfortable, but I personally do not like a real soft bed. The bed was medium, not hard or soft very close to everything. The view was over the top, fantastic.

The condo is fine. Nothing fancy, but met our needs. The condo has everything you need. The building is in need of updates and better maintenance. The pool was closed for most of our week. There was only one working elevator out of 4 so wait times are extremwly long.

Great vacation!

We stayed a week and loved every minute of it. I had something come up and asked to change the dates of the reservation and they were very accommodating and allowed us to change the dates. I was afraid there would be issues with the elevators because of some of the reviews I read but they had all 4 elevators working and there was hardly ever a wait for the elevator. The condo is exactly as the pictures show. Great view of the gulf from the balcony and short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

Very, very outdated! The shower was completely stopped up and would not drain. The toilet needs to be properly secured to the ground. The bed was horrible. The splash pad did not work for two days we were there.

A Nice Few Days

Overall, we really liked the condo. The beach access was great, the pool was enjoyable, and the view was wonderful. However, the sundries were minimal. We ran out of toilet paper and soap I during a 3 day stay. And the dishwasher detergent was half empty.

A well equipped condo

Kitchen well supplied, comfortable king bed, comfortable balcony furniture, and reliable internet service. Lovely indoor and outdoor pools with comfortable lounge chairs. Nice indoor hot tubs and a wonderful dry sauna. The gym is one of the best I have seen in a condo or hotel complex. Bathroom could use remodeling and we had trouble getting tv reception during the second half of the week - not sure what happened. Would stay here again because the furniture was all comfortable and the overall building is well equipped and appears to be well run.

Very dated

This room was very dated. Worn out furniture, Mattress and dirty painted cabinets. The bathroom tub wouldn’t drain, the toilet rocked back and forth. The mattress was hard and had box springs hanging out of the comforter. How tacky!!The room itself was dirty. I wouldn’t dare eat out of the kitchen, there were crumbs in all the drawers. The pot holders had crusted food on them for example. I expected more for the money. Especially the cleaning fees I paid. The building itself was fine except for the elevators. Long waits to go anywhere.

The condo was great but the couch and Love seat needs to be replace. We sat in the condo a lot and it was not comfortable. The bed hurt our backs. Sorry to be so negative but it is the truth. Our towels had holes in some of them but we still used them.

If you are planning on using it bring extra blankets for padding. Other than those two things everything was great. The view was amazing.

Relaxing beach getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, easy beach access, amazing view! I am 35 weeks pregnant, and normally have a difficult sleeping in a new bed while traveling anyway, but I slept SO well in this condo. The kitchen was mostly stocked, but traveling with a 3 year old had me wishing that they had more kid friendly dishes (take and toss cups, plastic plates, etc). Luckily we had brought a few travel cups and bought some paper plates, etc. overall we were very pleased with the rental. I do think that it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly before we arrived. A few of the pans had food baked to the bottom that I scrubbed out. There was food splatter on the side of the fridge, and no cleaning supplies available for us to clean things. The bathroom and shower also had hair in it when we arrived. But again, nothing that would keep me from staying here again. Perfect location, not a ton of traffic, lots of on-site amenities/accommodations.
