Phoenix VII 1014 - Orange Beach - Sleeps 4 - On the Beach

*PLEASE NOTE: The concrete walkways are being repaired on several floors. This project will result in construction noise between the hours of 10a-5p, M-F. The project is estimated to be completed mid-January.

This one bedroom/one bath condo has everything you'll need to enjoy your beach getaway. At Phoenix VII, located on the beach, this condo is on the 10th floor and will comfortably accommodate four guests. The one bedroom features a king-sized bed and has direct access to the shared main bath, offering a tub/shower combo. In the living room is a queen-sized sleeper sofa that will sleep two additional guests. This condo has a beautifully remodeled kitchen with the basic essentials and full-size appliances needed to cook and enjoy meals during your stay. Enjoy your meals inside in the dining area or outside on the balcony while watching the boats come and go through the Perdido Pass and listening to the waves crash along the shore. There is also a washer and dryer available in the condo for your use.

During your stay, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!

Seasonal CHAIR AND UMBRELLA RENTALS are handled by Perdido Beach Services.

*PARKING PASS: The parking pass fee is set by the HOA and is a one-time fee, not nightly. Prior to arrival, you will receive an email to register your vehicle and submit payment for your parking pass. There is one (1) parking pass available for this unit.

*The individual booking the property must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying the ENTIRE duration of the reservation.
*SNOWBIRD RATES are available between November and February. Please reach out to us and we would love to talk with you about these monthly rates.
*PETS are not allowed at any of our properties due to HOA restrictions.
*Pricing and availability of PARKING PASSES vary for each property and details are provided in each listing.

What stood out was the face rags being dengy. You could tell their was alot of upgrades done. But the toilet was to low and the shower area was just to small and was up to high. I heartly met the shower head. Bedding was not that comfortable either. The view was beautiful! The location was great!

Clean and cozy, with great views and direct beach access. Property has multiple outdoor and one indoor pool, and a half-dozen hot tubs. 4 elevators is a good feature in a large high rise. Kitchen has everything you need for your stay, living room is comfortable, BR is more than sufficient with dual nightstand dressers that easily accommodate week or more stay. Good closet space also. Great balcony with a four top. We had sunrise and sunset for our Dec stay. This property is at a good price point, not a steal but definitely not overpriced. Excellent and responsive comms. Would stay again.

Great location and views. Perfect condo for 2. Pack extra t.p. & trashbags (maybe this is something I missed in fine print). We didn't want to spend $ on beach chair rentals so bought two and left in front closet..
