This unit rents Saturday to Saturday only with a 7 night minimum year round. No Exceptions!

Designed as a true Destin Florida vacation cottage with 4 bedroom, 4 and a half baths, it is located in the heart of all beach activities in the popular Crystal Beach section of Destin, and is just a short walk (approximately 250 yards) to the white sandy beach its name reflects.
This NEWLY REMODELED Destin FL vacation rental home offers your family or group comfort and privacy along with your own private pool for the vacation of your dreams.
For those of you who do not want to climb stairs, this 2,856 square foot house is for you. Bask in the convenience of your living, dining and kitchen being located on the first floor along with a queen suite with pull out and private bath.
The second floor houses the master king suite, with a jetted garden tub and double vanity. Plus, there is a queen bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and private bath, a bunk room with 2 sets of bunks with twin on top and full on bottom and community bath. The home will sleep a max of 15 people.
After a full day on our sandy white sugar beaches and the emerald green waters of Destin where the sun shimmers off the water, sit back and enjoy the scenery from one of the decks, screened porch, or air-conditioned third floor turret. What better way to enjoy the scenery than sitting by your own private pool. Here you'll enjoy a refreshing stop to cool off and swim among the tropical foliage. Not ready to relax, take a short walk to Destin Commons for shopping, entertainment or dinner or jump into the car for a short drive to one of the top rated outlet malls in American, Silver Sands.
This Crystal Beach vacation home offers one of the best and easiest ways to experience Destin's walking trails, bike paths, neighborhood restaurants, entertainment and more. Golfing is close by for those who want to play when on vacation. Check out the golf courses by clicking here.
There is parking for a MAX of 4 vehicles. Please note, the sidewalk cannot be parked on.

Great house and Great location

My family had a great stay! House was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The backyard and pool were exceptional. Grill worked The only issue we had was no wifi for the whole week. Not sure of it was just a fluke or if the house always struggles with internet connection. The house was perfect for our needs and I would definately stay there again.

Great layout and location but needs some TLV

The layout and room sizes are great as is the location. Pool was unusable on the first day, but was taken care of the next day. Could have been cleaner, particularly the fabric chairs, and definitely needs painting, updated cooking and eating utensils as well as more larger pots. The ice machine was a nice surprise and a great pantry. Lots of decks, but no furniture on any of them. Loved the living room leather furniture!

Family vacation

This house was very clean and had the most well stocked kitchen for a vacation rental. Location to the beach was good, just be aware that the public beach area was small. It was great to have pool at the house and it was a good size pool. One improvement that could be made is there is no shade on the back side of the house. So it gets very hot if you just want to set and watch the kids in the pool. Aside from that little thing it was a great house to stay in and had plenty of room for all 10 of us. I would definitely stay again.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. The home's location to the beach was perfect. A short stroll or golf cart ride (rented). The home was well stocked and had adequate space to spread out (two families). We used the pool heater (extra $) to help with the water chill. The only suggestion would be to have more living room seating, and seating on all of the balconies to enjoy.

Huge family with little ones and we had the best time! The pool was perfect. The playground and beach wasn’t far and neither was shopping centers. The house is beautiful and comfortable. 2019 Vacation

Overall, it was great. My criticism is this house was in need of updating- furniture was showing signs of wear, some stains, window treatments, appliances, and internet. I was disappointed that the outside grill was dirty and had no propane in the tank. I feel this should have been checked prior to our stay. We bought a grill brush and filled the tank. When I called about cleaning the pool, the gentleman was there quickly and very nice. The internet went out, but was restored with in 2 hours. While we had a lot of people using WiFi, the amount of time it took to load a page was a lot, couple of minutes depending on the time of day. Several times we had to “forget this network” and log back in with WiFi. The pluses on this house was that it was roomy. The kitchen, eating area and family room was open and large allowing us all to be together. The bedrooms were of nice size, and it was nice having a 1st floor master. The pool was larger than most places we have stayed, and we all really enjoyed that! The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, and dinner settings. Location was awesome! 5 minute walk to the beach, and short drives to grocery store, restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

I wanted to bring my family to Destin for a nice relaxing vacation and that’s exactly what I got. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all my questions. The house was so nice, very clean, and close to the beach! It was everything we were hoping for and more! We will definitely be back and can’t wait until next time!
