Enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath fully updated beach front condo at the South Seas Northwest gated complex. This unit is rated 5 stars for a reason. It is in Tower 4, condo 1605 on Marco Island and the Gulf of Mexico. A well furnished balcony allows breathtaking views of the white sand of Marco Island beach. It features a large outdoor year round heated private swimming pool. The unit is newly updated, warm , welcoming and clean and has all the comforts of home. Flat screen TVs, with over 100 channels, WiFi for the family, a modern style eat in kitchen, a dining area as well as a laundry room near by, not to mention everything you would need for a day on the beach. You will enjoy direct access to the beach, a workout facility and a short walk into town.

This unit will want you coming back year after year. This is a a five star condo at a price that is much less than a hotel on the island. The condo can sleep up to 6, with a king size bed in master bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom, and a pull out sofa (comfortable for 1 or 2 children). We have 2 other units in this complex so if you have a group traveling to Marco please let me know. All are 5 star condos. I work at Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, WI. Exactly as described! It was fabulous.

We had a great vacation! The condo is fantastic and very comfortable. The walk to the beach is beautiful and we just loved Marco Island. Frank was SO helpful and responsive. The only recommendation that I have is for the association to lighten up on kids playing in the pool. They are pretty strict about toys, balls, floats, jumping, etc. Regardless, our daughter had a blast, made a ton of friends and we definitely will be back!

Great get away

Everything met our expectations and some things exceeded them. Beautiful view, nice clean condo. Condo well furnished. Kitchen has everything to make any type of meals. Lots of towels and blankets. Everything you may possibly need for the beach. Fantastic beach extending into the natural preserve area. Very responsible and easy to rich manager.

Excellent location

The condo is located near Tiger Tail Beach. We rented paddle boards there. This a great location with miles of beach to walk either north or south. Gorgeous white sand. Great for shelling too! With a view of the gulf, you can watch a different sunset every night.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Our favorites were Snook Inn and Doreen's Cup of Joe.

The condo has everything you need for the beach and in the kitchen. We especially enjoyed the Keurig coffee maker.
