I have been going to Miramar Beach and Destin area my entire life. The location of this building, in my opinion was perfect. The grounds and condo buildings are well maintained. Just in process was poor. We arrived at check in time only to sit outside our unit for close to an hour waiting to get in. The property's main walk to the beach was also out of commission. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. Upon arrival we were informed that there were active Covid-19 cases in the building, again would have been nice to know ahead of time. The unit sits on the 21st floor with an awesome view. My only issue was everything in the unite was low grade garage sale furniture, beds, dishes, etc. Take your own pots and pans and utensils to this unit. During my rental process I listed two cars. I only received one parking pass and had to pay extra to get another one. Not a big deal, but why not just charge me the extra during the rental process if you know im bringing two cars? You have to wait for the HOA office to open to get the pass. The workout facilities are good, however you must walk clear across the property to some old dilapidated build, which is a huge safety violation in itself, to get the card only to walk back to your building to go to the gym. All in all, I would certainly stay at this property again, but not this unit. There are two buildings, Aerial Dunes 1 and Arieal Dunes 2. We stayed in 2, I believe that has a better view of the beach. There is also a little bar on the property with live music on the weekends. That was a nice touch and the food served is good. The restaurant staff is awesome too.
