Large and roomy townhouse located in family friendly Gulf Highlands, in the heart of Panama City Beach. Two bedrooms upstairs, each with their own private bathroom and large shower. Two parking spaces are located just outside your front door.
Relax & grill out on the patio overlooking the encircling canal.
Large pool just steps away. The beach is a 3-5 minute walk, with private beach front pool, deck, lounge chairs, and newly renovated bar/grill.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Grill - If you used the grill, burn off the excess grease and brush clean. Close the tank valve and cover grill.
Close and lock the sliding glass door. Lay the dowel down to secure the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The grill on the patio is available for your use. If the tank runs empty, I will gladly reimburse you for swapping it out at a local store.
