Property is shabby and furniture needs updating. Primitive sanitary conditions as we were messaged to say we weren't allowed to flush toilet paper and had to use bin. However property is in good location.

What makes this property special is the location, views and outdoor space. The main bedroom is not connected to the living area, so you have to go out on the patio and up an exterior staircase to get there. The 2nd bedroom is not in a separate room, but uses curtains as a wall to give privacy. They also provided the bare minimum on towels, so come prepared. But overall I would recommend staying here for the outdoor space and location.

Déception

Nous avons des regrets à exprimer concernant ce séjour. Le gestionnaire n’a pas communiqué, avant notre arrivée, que des travaux importants étaient en cours sur la terrasse. Conséquence: nous avons été localisé ailleurs dans un appartement de remplacement pour 3 jours; il était localisé à 10 minutes de la plage, il n’avait qu’une salle de bain, une mini-cuisine: impossible de cuisiner. Une fois relocalisés à notre appartement, après travaux, il y a eu des soucis d’infiltration d’eau chez l’occupant du dessous et chez-nous. De nombreux va-et-viens ont commencé dans notre appartement pour faire des vérifications et colmater les dommages. Cela a duré une dizaine de jours…Panne électrique, odeur nauséabonde provenant de la toilette, des portes sans barrures et qui ferment mal. Considérant le prix demandé, cet appartement n’est pas à la hauteur des attentes. L’unique qualité est son emplacement.

November Holiday

Javier was very good, met us on time and was very helpful, he replied almost instantly to any messages. Javier also managed to let us have a late check out which was fantastic, made a huge difference. The apartment is in a great location right on the beach. Nobody overlooking you with wonderful views through all the front windows of the sea. The outside terrace was perfect, you felt like you were on the beach minus the sand. On a blustery day we used the terrace at the rear of the property which provided shelter from the wind on that particular day. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Kitchen was also very well equipped. To begin with it was a bit odd having to go upstairs via the outside to the second bedroom…. Almost like two separate apartments, but no problem at all. Would recommend this place and also would return. Thank you Javier

Great locations close to beach, shopping, restaurants

We had a great stay on the beach. Easy communications, easy to find the place, some great restaurants nearby, amazing views of the beach, comfortable, and clean. Will stay again next time in Torremolinos.

Amazing time in La Carihuela Beach

Javier, my family & I had a wonderful beach vacation while enjoying your lovely home. You can’t beat your location on Playa La Carihuela. The area is so vibrant both during the day & at night. Everyone is so friendly. We relaxed every evening on the spacious balconies overlooking the sea watching the sun set, while enjoying an espresso made from the convenience of the kitchen. It quickly felt like home. The place was so very clean & just as shown in the photos. Thanks for going out of your way. You showed us around, recommended great restaurants & responded so quickly to any queries. You’re a wonderful host!

Fantastic view, both from sea and from street. The Apartment gave same feeling as the film Mamma Mia! It was fully equipped with all you need.

Beach view

It was a nice stay, the owner was very helpful with the photo shoot that we planned. He helped to arrange for a photographer, who was also very nice to us. The house has a beach view if thats what you are looking for.

Great duplex apartment with amazing views

+ amazing views + centre of the town with bars and restaurants on doorstep but no louts or loud noise + great beach and amazing beach restaurant (the one two up on the right as you look at the beach) - limited storage and two flights of stairs which might be difficult for some

Excellent Location

Fabulous outside terraces to enjoy the wonderful weather and people watch. The description of the property is very accurate. Right in the middle of the resort, so very easy access to many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Car not needed.
