This condo is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the beautiful pool area at the Sea Breeze Condo Complex with 2 Queen size beds. Ideal for a small family of 4 with everything you need to prepare meals in this property. Equipped with a large flat-screen TV, full-size refrigerator, full-size oven and stove, coffee maker and more (*No dishwasher). This property has complimentary high-speed internet Wi-Fi. No smoking inside the property. Laundry facility on the premises. Elevator Access

Clean, safe and peaceful. Nice view of pool, palm trees and surrounding grassland. Good location. Down the street from the beach and restaurants. (Some of the furniture is worn but it’s truly no big deal.)

Great location

This property really is 6 stars on location. The place was nice and reasonably priced. We had an issue with a breaker and the maintenance guy came immediately. I would stay again.

Labor Day

You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. It’s a nice walk to the beach. Love this property and always try to stay here.

We were able to lug up all of our stuff in the elevator which was convenient. The property was great, enjoyed the pool and being able to walk everywhere! Definitely go next door and get pizza from the Gaff!

We had such a great time! It’s the perfect location. Be sure to rent your golf cart from Life in Paradise. Wish we would have known they rent them before we got one somewhere else. LIP’s are way nicer and way cheaper!

Besties beach getaway

The location was amazing! Close to the beach easy to access restaurants walking distance to a great ice cream parlor. Had an issue with one set of sheets on one bed was rough… Reported it and was told all the sheets are the same they would not change them out which was disappointing since one bed was fine and there was something wrong on the other bed. Couple of items in disrepair that were reported- all in all a great stay and the location amazing check in process was really great.

Simple and Wasy

Some issues were the bathroom sink. There is a drain issue that needs to be addressed. There is a clog or something causing the sink to not drain properly. Might have been some sand in the bed when we arrived so we shook the sheets again. Overall it was fine.

Dated. Looks like they went to random garage sales to furnish this place and many things were broken. The location was good, but the parking was HORRIBLE. I expected a little more for the money we spent but was sadly disappointed.

Loved our stay only thing is I wish it had been closer to the opposite side of the pier like towards markers 20+, but nothing the brand new golf cart we rented from Life in Paradise couldn’t fix. The check in was so easy as was getting the cart. Check out was easy as well!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While this unit was clean and adequate, the disappointment came in the maintenance or upkeep. Especially when compared to the unit next door which has been very nicely updated. Complaints to the unit start with the very loud squeak on the edges of the bed when getting in/out. Rust on refrig and especially the microwave door which made the microwave unsafe to use. Tin foil on the stove and squeaky low pressure kitchen faucet did not encourage usage of kitchen. Overall the furnishings just need updating to the to which i feel is equal to the cost of the room.
