Beautiful Pool - 2 BR/2 BA - 1 Mile to Beach

Welcome to Port Aransas!

This freshly renovated condo provides the perfect place for year round activities. With access to a private very large garage on the ground floor, carrying many items up and down the stairs is a thing of the past. Great for storing a truck or boat full of fishing or beach gear. Less then one mile to the beach! Amazing balcony view of the pool, that has a shade and a sunny side for your enjoyment.

Master bedroom has queen size bed with private bathroom.
Second bedroom has full size bed with trundle twin pullout. There is also room for a blow-up mattress and couch for additional sleeping.

Also a great getaway in a nice quiet and small community for Winter Texans!

Monthly rates available during non-peak seasons. Condo is on the 2nd floor, outdoor stairs from garage to main balcony.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was just as incredible this time around! The location is perfect for walking anywhere in town and the pool is nice for relaxing after a long day. Everything is always very clean and lovingly put together—perfect for families of any size! We came with my 3 kids and dog. This condo is perfect!! Location is just right, pool is so lovely and having 2 porches and large garage was such a sweet bonus. Definitely staying here again.

Love this place!

Everything about this property is perfect for us. Convenient but not in the middle of all the crazy crowds. This was our second stay at will certainly be back. Jen and Daniel are so easy to work with and so very kind.

It's a beautiful place!

Thanks for sharing your home with us! It's a beautiful place! The rooms are a good size, the beds are very comfortable, and the private balcony overlooking the pool is a nice view. This is our first time staying here, and look forward to many more stays while visiting Port A.

Great Place, Great Location

Wonderful rental with one of the best locations right in the middle of town. Plenty of room to park my 21 foot deck boat in garage. Clean, great community area/pool, and the owners answered questions within minutes. Highly recommend.

Marine Science Institute Camp for grandkids

Our three grand children participated in Camp from 8-12 noon every day. The pool has a tarp over it for shade (very nice touch. All very good.

Great Location

Great location, about a mile to the beach, within walking distance to several shops and restaurants.facilities were very clean, kitchen was appropriately equipped; do bring your toiletries. It is for 8 people but must say 4 will sleep comfortably but other 4 will have to accommodate on sofas and a pull out twin mattress. Also, would’ve love to have a dinner table and chairs.
