Villa Fabio est idéalement situé dans le quartier recherché de Los Mojones, à la périphérie de Puerto del Carmen et situé près de la route principale vous permettant d'explorer facilement l'île, mais toujours à distance de marche de toutes les commodités que la station a à offrir . Les bars, restaurants, nombreuses boutiques, discothèques et plage de sable du centre de Puerto del Carmen sont tous accessibles à pied. La villa est un choix idéal pour ceux qui veulent des vacances reposantes avec une gamme d'équipements à distance de marche. La villa est entièrement équipée à un niveau élevé qui comprend le Wifi gratuit et des chaînes de télévision premium, y compris BBC, ITV, RTE sky sports et films.

Lovely villa about 10/12 mins walk downhill to nearest shop. Very warm heated pool although it was in need of some improvements as it was tired looking. Overall stay was great and very relaxing. A couple of very good restaurants near by.

Lovely single storey villa with pool on the outskirts of town so very quiet. Supermarkets are within easy walking distance and the owners have kindly provided a shopping trolley. We loved it so much we have already booked our return.

We would both look to stay here again when we return - private pool area not overlooked, spacius and clean vill with everything you need. 10 minute walk to the old town, but lovely restaraunt Toro 2 mins walk away if you want to stay local really helpful owner, great contact and pleaseure to deal with. Perfect if you want to be just out of the main PDC area but not too far away, will definitly return

Great week in a lovely villa!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Fabio. The villa is spacious and spotless with everything you need for your stay and more.The pool was fantastic and clean and there is plenty of outdoor space. Previous reviews have mentioned the traffic noise and although we noticed it initially you do soon “zone out” so not a problem. Los Mojones is our favourite place in PDC due to being quiet and within reach of the harbour and the main strip.Natasha was a great host - very responsive pre trip and a pleasure to meet while we were there.

Second stay at Casa Fabio

Beautiful villa with pool and spacious outdoor area. All mod cons and great space, and very clean. Nice touch by the host on our return when we arrived and is really helpful if you need her throughout your stay. Slightly set back from the old town but just a 10 to 15 minute walk but great steak house 30 seconds away. Our second stay in 9 months and would recommend.

I purchased this property brand new the same year and month my younger son, Fabio, was born. The villa is named "Casa Fabio" in his honor. I do have another son, Oscar, but I must admit that "Casa Oscar" just didn’t have the same ring to it! Hosting gives me the opportunity to step away from my day job and focus on providing guests with a warm, welcoming space to enjoy their holiday.

I take great pride in the villa’s cleanliness and comfort, and it makes me incredibly happy when guests share positive feedback. I’m also fortunate to have a dedicated cleaner who helps maintain these high standards, and I love passing on those compliments to her.

One of my favorite things about this location is how well it connects to the rest of Lanzarote, making it easy to explore the island’s natural beauty, from the volcanic landscapes of Timanfaya to the stunning coastal views. Whether guests are here to relax or stay active, the area truly offers the best of both worlds.
