3 Bedrooms plus extra room with double bed, 2 full baths, dining area next to full kitchen. Large upstairs living area with beautiful 3-story view right off kitchen and double sided fireplace.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, silverware, electric can opener, lots of spices, Mr.Coffee 12-cup coffee maker, single pod coffee maker, coffee pods, Instapot, 2 crock pot, toaster, air fryer, charcoal for grilling, Nespresso coffee maker with pods.

Master Bedroom is on the top floor for privacy and has jacuzzi tub and fabulous view of the woods from corner windows while you soak your cares away. The Master bedroom also includes a futon couch to sleep another 2 guests, if needed.

Large bedroom on second floor sleeps 3 and is great for kids! Features a double bed with trundle and also makes a great office space.

Downstairs living area has pool table, large 72”x 160” wall screen with surround sound (AppleTV) microwave, mini refrigerator and snacks.
We have just added 2 theater lounging chairs.
Downstairs there is also a private bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a double bed in the Russian Room filled with original Russian art.

As far as cleanliness, we have the space professionally cleaned by our team of Brazilian housekeepers before your arrival. You will also be glad to know that we have monthly pest control treatments that include mosquito and tick control around the outside of the house and yard. This is especially important for your fur babies!

In the evenings, you can enjoy a steak cookout on the charcoal grill (charcoal supplied) and after dinner enjoy the sounds of nature by the fire pit just down the hill from the house.
Sunsets are beautiful and every season has it's gorgeous views.

You are 10 minutes away from a Kroger or Publix for all your grocery needs and the famous Loveless Cafe, a southern food destination restaurant is only 4 miles down the road. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and have plenty of outdoor picnic tables, corn hole game and shops to peruse.

Harpeth River State park is just a few miles away if you are interested in canoeing or kayaking.

Brownland Farm is a great place to spend the day riding horses if that is your pleasure and It is only 12 miles away.

Heading east from the house, you are only 10 miles from Historic Downtown Franklin where you can spend the day shopping and strolling in a buzzing town that sends you back in time. There is a visitors center at 4th and Main where a consieiere will show you the ropes of navigating this beautiful town.
