This home does have some restriction on children. The house is NOT toddler proof, and the grounds are dangerous for toddlers and children that are not good swimmers. There are several ponds a bridge including the massive resort pool. It only takes a split second. If you still book, we will have you sign a waiver.

**P.S. There is a guest house on the back acre and half, very secluded and private and we enter you won't even he is there, as the property is very large and it's tucked away in the back. Fenced in for your total privacy and ours. Still better than a development or condo setting by 100 times. I promise you that you won't even know we exist.
