Great location

We chose to stay in this building again because of the great location: a fairly quiet neighborhood just 2 minutes from the beach, and a quick walk to the free trolley. The 4 of us had plenty of space in the condo, and we were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner.

It is all about the location of the property. Very well located near everything and beautiful beach. The pull, jacuzzi and gym are great. I would come back and recommend it.

The location is wonderful and is close to everything - the beach, dining, the marina, shopping, volleyball and outside gym., citi bikes - everything! The unit is very clean and the manager is accessible and made the entire process memorable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Simply perfect!

Everything you need for a relaxed vacation time, just steps away from a supermarket and near to the beach...the party is a 10 minutes walk if you want this - or you enjoy this calm and safe appartement with a nice modern and personal ambiance. We liked i very much. Communication was promt and friendly as well as check-in on arrival.

Great place--parking is tight!

Hi: This unit is in a fantastic location and is very clean and well-represented in the photos. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again! Please be aware that the parking space is very small and tight! We rented a large SUV vehicle (we had a lot of luggage) and we could not easily fit it in the designated parking space. Satisfactory accommodations were made for us but it would be better/easier to rent a smaller sized vehicle if possible! Highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful Property in South Beach

We had a fantastic trip and stay at this property. First and foremost, this property was clean. When I write clean, I mean perfect white glove immaculate clean. Every inch of the condo and building was spotless. The building is very secure as well as the parking garage. As a family, we felt very safe. The location is spectacular. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach where you can rent chairs, cabanas and umbrellas from the Hilton. Also, the little market next door has a great selection at reasonable prices. The condo is also close to many great restaurants including Prime 112, Joe’s Stone Grab, Call Me Gabby and many more. All are within easy walking distance. The kitchen was well stock with cooking utensils and new appliances. The washer and dryer were great after a day at the beach. The Wi-Fi was super fast with no connection issues. Overall, we highly recommend this property. The hosts are great and the owners clearly take very good care of the place.

exceeded expectations!

we had a wonderful experience renting this condo! owner offered to let us check in early and explained everything! location is incredible but the most amazing thing about the condo for me was the views! there are 3 separate balconies that give East, West, North and South views so I could see sunrise and sunset. hot tub was clean and condo had everything needed, even beach umbrellas and an air-fryer! would highly recommend this rental. thank you!

Good secret

Our family had an Oceanview stay for 8 days in this surprisingly spacious condo. The pool was larger and the living area and kitchen were all larger than I was able to tell in the pics. 5 adults were comforable, with one on the pullout sofa all week, no complaints. John and Sofia were instantly accessible if I had a question. It took about 3 mins to walk straight out to the beach.. Walking to the southern tip of South Beach took only about 10 mins from the condo. The market right next door was an invaluable asset. The ocean view was unobstructed by buildings as it overlooked the park. I would stay here again. Only tip, make dinner reservations asap. Many nice restaurants are nearby, but almost all had no openings for the next week or so. We got lucky on walking up, but did have to go to plan B once.

Great Unit!

My wife and I came here with another couple for 8 nights. It was a fantastic place! The property contacts were very responsive and helpful. Both the property and the views were better than we expected from the pictures. 10/10 definitely recommend.
