Come and experience beautiful Pagosa Springs, Colorado while staying at our home, The Heritage House. Centrally located to both Wolf Creek and Durango Mountain - it's perfect for our skiers. Short day trips to Creede to explore the miners paradise or many locations within 30 - 45 minutes to take hikes varying from easy and slow going or for those who enjoy a challenge - are a must 'to do' for your list.

That’s so kind and thoughtful of you, which is sort of the mantra for this entire house; kind and THOUGHTFUL. Truly! What a wonderful place. We can’t say enough about it; from the bathrobes in each room to the fact that everything is quality and classy; the stone, the wood, the solid, nice armoires, the linens, the beds, the décor, the comprehensive guest guide book – even the toaster and appliances. The layout is wonderful for privacy too for each guest. We are so impressed. Coming from NorCal, we’ve rented many vacation homes in Tahoe and the rule of thumb for second home/vacation owners is to not spend on all of the above. You guys clearly live here some of the year or care about the place enough to invest some time and energy in this place. Thanks for checking in.

Had a great time

We enjoyed the area and your beautiful home. The only complaint was not having air conditioning and the upstairs bedrooms were very warm until late into the evening in mid-July. Not ever using one of the cooling units that were in the bedrooms we didn't want to even try using them. The deer and fawns walking through the property were wonderful watching every day. The location was great but not a clear view of the mountains from the house because of all the trees but still a beautiful area to enjoy from the deck. The house was well equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, towels and even bath robes. The location provided an easy drive to Durango and beyond. Be sure to drive the Million Dollar Highway when you are in the area. It is well worth it.

This is first class accommodations all the way.

Lots of room for one family or multiple families to stay and have quality together time but also retreat to a private bedroom for quiet time. The kitchen is a cooks dream. Wish I had this at my own home.

The home was very clean & beautiful. Accommodated six adults & six children very easily.

Overall experience was great, area is beautiful, kitchen well equipped, very comfortable beds & two family rooms a plus! The fort was a special attraction for the kids & the large deck & spa allowed the adults some quiet time while still including the kids outside in their area. The owners very accommodating & easy to work with. You will definitely be happy with this beautiful home

Beautiful home with tons of space for huge familes!!

We had a fantastic experience at this property over Memorial Day Weekend. We had 11 family member's traveling on a long trip thru Colorado. It is in a quiet neighborhood with wildlife. It is stocked with everything you need, and very spacious. You will not feel overwhelmed if traveling with a huge group, because the rooms are spread out. Great spot, great price and definitely recommend!

The Heritage House in Pagosa Springs

We loved the Heritage House! The floor plan was great and we enjoyed all of the amenities. The house is very open, bright and roomy. Great place for small children - had many safety features. We will stay here again!
