This 5 bedroom , 4 bathroom property sits on the top of the hill looking down on to the Bandon river, there is a heated gazebo with lighting for use in the evening time where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding views of the river and countryside. The house was newly built in 2020, it’s only a short trip into Kinsale town which is about a 5 minute drive away.
Garretstown beach is a 5 minute drive away

Please enter the correct amount of guests staying when booking , so that adequate beds, bed linen, towels are left out for all guests. The price is based on how many guests are staying, so please enter it correctly.

The extra single beds are only bought into the property when it’s booked for more than 16 guests.

Where early check in is available we charge €50 per hour

This properties check in and check out times are better than nearly every other property in Kinsale.

The house was interior designed and the furniture imported from “Oka furniture store” in Chelsea , U.K

Over the Christmas season it’s a minimum 3 night stay the rest of the year it’s only a 1 night minimum stay.

Under 2 years of age are classed as infants and are not charged , there are 2 cots and 1 feeding chair in the property for you to use.

Over 2 years of age on the check in date are charged for.

The lounge has 4 large sofas, flat screen tv , views of the the river

The Kitchen has a fridge freezer , microwave, oven, hob, coffee machine , kettle , toaster , pots , pans and all usual tableware which are listed below.
