Winter vacation

Good location on floor 10. Sunny terrace from sunrise to sunset. Well equipped for self-catering if required. The couch/bed settee isn’t comfortable and the cushions slide off. I had to refit the back cushions also after each use. The washing machine was broken and probably needs replacing with a more modern one. However, it was repaired and did work after.

L'emplacement , la propreté et le "look"de l'immeuble. L'orientation de la terrasse .parking sécu.Spa. l'appartement chaleureux. le chauffage. le changement toutes les semaines du linge de maison. L'accueil trés sympa et grande qualité des services rendus par le personnel . Grande réactivité . Fermeture du spa plus tardive. Changer le lave linge. Etoffer le matériel de cuisine.(Poêles , plats à micro onde et four ,verre à pied …. Améliorer grandement la wifi , trop souvent défaillante, et le nombre de chaînes de tété françaises.

Séjour de rêve que l'on prolonge toujours un peu plus !!!

Tout d'abord ,accueil du personnel "calp rent" très chaleureux et très professionnel. Félicitation pour l'attention qu'ils ou elles nous accordent. Tout est mis en oeuvre,toujours avec le sourire, pour que le séjour se passe bien. Merci Super vue sur la mer,les salines et la montagne. Appartement ensoleillé toute la journée et protégeant bien du vent . Climatisation efficace et réglable à sa convenance . Spa "top" .Parking sécurisé appréciable. On adore et on y revient tous les ans un peu plus longtemps . Remplacer les chaises terrasse qui méritent de l'être . Si possible quelques chaines françaises supplémentaires à la télé . Réparer la porte d'accès au cellier chauffe eau ,machine à laver .

El apartamento en general bien dispone de todo para que no tengas que pensar en nada. Lo mejor la ubicación y el spa. El sillón consideró que se debería cambiar porque está bastante destrozado te sentabas y se te venían los cojines de la espalda hacia delante además de la tela que estaba algo sucia. Los cubre colchones sonaban mucho cuando te dabas la vuelta y te movías además que se salían todo el rato de su sitio en la noche.

Vacaciones muy agradables

A mi modo de ver el apartamento está en una ubicación muy buena, tienes todos los servicios a mano, supermercados, farmacia..., el paseo marítimo es muy agradable, incluso hay cerca un parque exclusivo para sacar a los perros. En definitiva unas vacaciones estupendas. Quizá, el mantenimiento de pequeñas cosas que la gente rompe y no se arreglan antes de entrar el siguiente cliente, supongo que por las prisas. Por ejemplo, cuándo entramos el picaporte de la puerta del baño del pasillo se salía de su sitio, a mí no me molestó y no llamé a mantenimiento, porque no quería estar pendiente de la visita del operario.

Ubicación en primera línea de playa, con un acceso directo al paseo marítimo y unas vistas espectaculares. La cocina estaba perfectamente equipada, y en general el apartamento tiene todo lo que se necesita. La piscina no nos gustó, el agua estaba demasiado caliente para nuestro gusto.

Nos gusta mucho la playa de la Fossa, las vistas a la playa y a las Salinas, otro importante!! que nos dejen llevar a Nico, nuestro perrete y el trato tan cercano con el que siempre nos atiende el equipo de Calpe Rent Apart.
