Villa Jade is a beautiful and modern holiday villa, built in 2018, located in Polop, in the Valencia region, 65 km from Alicante airport. Centrally situated in the heart of Costa Blanca North in Spain, it is the ideal place to relax and also a perfect base for excursions.



You can rent this modern holiday home for a vacation or to spend the winter in the healthy climate of the Costa Blanca. Villa Jade is truly exceptional and equipped with all comforts. The villa is beautifully and quietly located and has a luxurious finish. There is a large terrace with a private pool (7 x 4 metres) and the panoramic mountain view is breathtaking. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, combi oven and a coffee machine, among other things.



Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace and breakfast in the morning sun. There is sun from morning until evening and under the pergola you can enjoy refreshing shade.



Nearby you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, and several bars and restaurants. Free parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed.



The villa charges cleaning fees, costs for towels and bed linen (available for an extra fee), and a deposit per stay, which must be paid directly to the owner by bank transfer no later than six weeks before the check-in date. Electricity costs are charged to guests per kWh.



Guests booking less than three weeks before check-in must make these payments immediately after booking. The property offers home-grown products.
