This four floor apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom with fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. The flat can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, but 7 people will have high comfort.

The modern bathroom has a spacious shower, washing machine and wardrobe for cosmetics and towels. The apartment has central air conditioning that supplies air to every room. This ensures an even temperature throughout the apartment, increasing the comfort of living on hot summer days and cool winter evenings.
The building has an elevator many parking spaces and plenty of shops bars and restaurants around.

The beach, bars and restaurants are within a minute's walk and there is a well stocked supermarket within 200 metres. This is an ideal location for relaxing on the beach or taking advantage of the many attractions in the area such as boat trips, golf, water parks and of course ample shopping facilities.

The rental price includes all utilities: water,internet, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Additional cleaning require 60€.
