Quaint little getaway

Perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Was able to walk all around Venice and is only about 15 min from the train station. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location

House was clean and well-kept. It was hard to initially find the lockbox to get the key as it was under some mail. Would be good to have a picture of the outside in the listing. Wasn’t crazy about the silk sheets.

Cute!

The places itself was really cute! When I got there I couldn’t open the lock box so if you run into this problem, just contact the host because the code may be wrong that was given to you. The key system was also confusing, but again, the host helped us figure it out. The place was clean and had everything you could possibly need. My only warning is, it has a slight mildew smell so if anyone in your party is sensitive, just a heads up. I was fine, but my friend was very sensitive to the smell. It makes sense though because the property is near the canal and you have to remember Venice can get high tide. Other than that, it was livable for a few days and convenient! Cheaper than the hotels for sure.

Sehr geschmackvolle Wohnung in Superlage

Achtung: In Google-Maps wird die Adresse einer gleichlautenden Location in entgegengesetzter Richtung angegeben. Die Wegbeschreibung von Beatrice dagegen ist korrekt, es fehlt aber der Hinweis auf den Abzweig von der Fond. Ormesini. Rest war tadellos. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert

Séjour agreable

Appartement bien situé, au cœur de Cannaregio. Au calme, aux pieds d’un canal . Environs animés par bars et restaurants. A 20mn de Fondamenta Nove. A 6mn d’un arrêt poyr vaporetto pour relier le centre. Possibilité de tout faire à pieds.

Found apartment easily with Google maps. Slight problem finding the key for checking. Problem solved by the owner very quickly.

gut gelegen, leicht zu finden und vermittelt das Gefühl in Venedig zu wohnen. vor allem wenn die Ruder Boote von rowvenice sanft an der Wohnung und dem kleinen Platz davor vorbeiziehen

Wrong info from host, bad check in, good apartment though.

The negatives: - we were given horrible directions from the owner about how to find the location. No street names given, just landmarks, which ended up being incorrect. (Also all messages were sent in Italian, which was a pain to translate to English each time) - the host knew we were arriving late (around 11:30pm) and that it would be dark at our arrival. Add that in with the poor directions and that left us trying to find the apartment for over an hour in the dark. We would arrive at the landmark the host said but then the next step wouldn’t make sense etc. - we eventually found a local, and even they could not find the location with the directions or with their Google maps. The local ended up phoning the host for us, and was then given directions again. The local helped us find the apartment after about 45 min. - it doesn’t end there!! WE WERE GIVEN THE WRONG ACCESS CODE FOR PADLOCK. We spent 30 min outside trying to unlock the padlock so we could get in. Eventually we paid the fees to turn on our international phone plan and phone the host (tried connecting to the wifi first from outside front door but that was also the wrong password!!) and the host told us the correct code. - the host would not agree to a 1 night refund, even after VRBO asked them to do a refund. Still waiting on what else comes from that. - wrong wifi password. Had to find router ourselves and use password on back of wifi router. - washing machine wouldn’t work. Contacted host twice and then was told there was nothing wrong with it. Asked if water was maybe turned off but host said everything was left perfectly. Sent a photo and host confirmed water needed to be turned on from pipe. Then it worked but we couldn’t figure out how to use the dryer side (we just hang dried our clothes). - could not find ironing board/iron that ad said it included - bedroom is a little smaller than picture makes it seem but it’s fine for the 2 of us The positives: - good location once you find it - pretty clean - had what we needed for the most part - wifi connection was strong - included body soap/shampoo etc Will not book here again after the first night experience but it is a nice location for walking around the city/to restaurants/shops

Schönes Appartement in super Lage

Ein schönes Appartement in super Lage, direkt an einem Nebenkanal. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
